biggest buyer's remorse?

I absolve myself of blame for both of these and place the fault squarely upon the shoulders of EA.

The first was buying Rock Band at full price when it came out with the shitty guitar and awesomely bad kick drum pedal and thinking that EA's customer service would come through for me in a reasonable time frame when both broke within a week of each other. Silly me. I swore then and there that I would never buy an EA game at launch ever again. And then they bought Bioware and I had to re-think that a little bit.

The second was buying Dragon Age at full price at launch (well, $54 from Amazon) when within a couple of weeks it was $35-40 everywhere. Cats' Paw boots, you are not worth $14, especially seeing as my backlog didn't get any lighter and I've only managed to play for an hour or two.
Yeah, I've absolutely zero interest in movies. They've sucked for ages. My last two were the Matrix, and the Simpsons movie on DVD.
It's not like the only movies that come out on Blu-ray are those that release after the format.
I REGRET NOTHING, AND ALL ARE FOOLISH FOOLISH CONSUMERS TO REGRET PURCHASES. ok, just kidding, but the time value of money states that value goes down with time so considering all the factors, its best not to think about losing money like that. If you regret paying what you did, why did you spend it in the first place, right? Probably not the answer you all were looking for.
Regret is not always about the price. A lot of the stuff people are bringing up is just about the product itself. They regret buying it over some feature or flaw. I and a few others mentioned the PS2 HDD and Final Fantasy XI. We just regret buying it, because FFXI blew (in our opinions) and the HDD ended up being a complete waste, supporting only a handful of games.
The Atari Lynx...why the hell did I need a portable version of California Games?
Because California Games is teh shiznit?

Beatles Rock Band Limited Edition for $225.
Now it's dropping to $125, and I was a day late on a price adjustment.

Only saving grace is that I bought it with store credit.
