Bill Frist's sons (and others) exposed as complete idiots

CAGiversary!
AS the leader of the Republican party in the US Senate and a possible presidential candidate, Senator Bill Frist of Tennessee has a reputation for sober rectitude. The same cannot be said of his son Jonathan, a Vanderbilt University student who recently appeared on the internet wearing six cans of beer strapped to his belt.

Nor has Jonathan’s brother Bryan done much to help his father’s attempts to strike a reasonable note about US involvement in Iraq. “I was born an American by God’s amazing grace,” wrote Bryan Frist in an online profile. “Let’s bomb some people.”

Frist is one of at least half a dozen US politicians — and at least one US Supreme Court judge — whose public images have been dented in recent months by the internet antics of their offspring. Pictures of scantily clad daughters whooping it up have become a staple of internet gossip.

No sooner had Congressman Louie Gohmert, a conservative Republican from Texas, unleashed a tirade against the moral inadequacies of Democrats opposed to the war in Iraq, than someone found internet pictures of his daughter Caroline dancing on a bartop and posing with a man in his underpants.

Roll Call, the Washington insiders’ newspaper published on Capitol Hill, recently reported that Jonathan Frist’s Facebook entry declared him a member of the “Jonathan Frist appreciation for ‘Waking Up White People’ Group”. It also mentioned a group where there were “No Jews allowed. Just kidding. No seriously”.

The president’s brother, Governor Jeb Bush of Florida, was not seriously damaged when his daughter Noelle was arrested on drug charges. His son John was arrested for having sex in a car in a shopping centre car park.

Even Marie Osmond, a devout Mormon and squeaky-clean American family singer, was caught up in MySpace turmoil when her teenage daughter Jessica, writing under the pseudonym “F off”, declared she was bisexual and that Adolf Hitler was one of her heroes.

Seriously, for being the party of "family values", these guys do a hell of a job installing values in their own children. Focus on the Family? Hah, how about "FOCUS ON YOUR OWN DAMN FAMILY!"

Yeah they're all rich, spoiled (and apparently racist) assholes. I can't really say that you should judge the father for the mistakes of the son though (although it does make more sense than the other way around, he did have to raise the fucker).

It is college though and the great educational institutions of America are filled with complete idiots. The more money and priviledge they get the dumber they act.

I dig the beer belt. I dunno what kinda pants the boy is wearing - they look like confederate reenactment trousers or something. I've just never seen a cut like that before, except on middle-age women pants.

Anyway, yeah, some people shouldn't be judged on the antics of their children/relatives (Billy Carter, anyone?). On the other hand, given that these children are refuting the very things that these politicians are espousing, it is relevant, I suppose.

Well I mostly agree when someone seems to be displaying such an over the top racist attitude you have to wonder what kind of household he was raised in. Most kids get their racist attitudes from their parents so it really makes you wonder what Frist's attitude toward race actually is.
First Mel Gibson, now Jonathan Frist, when will the Jews get a break
Unforutunately, Mel Gibson is hardly the first.

Besides, don't you know that the most persecuted group in America is Christians?

;)

That was the first thing I thought when I looked at the picture.

Still wouldn't drink that crap though:lol:
ehhh, we've known Bill Frist himself to be an idiot since the Terri Schiavo thing at least
Haha, was it before or after that when he implied that AIDS could be spread through tears and sweat?

I guess you're right though, the guy is a nutbag himself, you'd expect his kids to be pretty dumb. Is his medical degree even real?
