Bing cash back question: valid on in-store pickup?

So I'm thinking about getting a slim PS3 and using Bing to get some cash back. I would probably order from Sears and pick it up at the store instead of paying for shipping. I haven't used Bing very much, and I was just wondering if that might somehow be a condition that they might consider invalid. Anybody know?

I did a site to store order from walmart and the cash back is showing up in my account, I can't take it out, but it is showing up. If that helps any.
