Bioshock 2 (Ps3)$12.99/(360)$13.99 @ Amazon

I picked up the Bioshock 2 CE :ps3: for $19 at walmart. I know how YMMV walmart deals are, but might be worth it to check there first. Now I just need to figure out the cheapest place to get Bioshock 1 :ps3: from.
 
Holy crap! That's a crazy deal. This is almost Dark Sector pricing. Is Bioshock 2 not any good? I have the first one and just never finished it but I found it to be pretty decent.
 
I was ecstatic I got it when it dropped to 20. 12.99 is such a great deal, I would buy it again!
 
It's weird, I absolutely loved the first one but I've never really been interested in playing the second, even at this price I can't decide if I really want it or not.
 
I bought it day one, made it half way through, put it down for a year and finished it last week. You don't really get the narrative and motivation until right before the game ends. Everything before that feels like a boring slog.

It's definitely worth it at any price under $40. Under $20 is a must though.
 
Aw crap. Bought this used recently from the Gamestop sale for basically the same price and had to stop by the B&M to get the manual and case. Just finished the SP part and will start the MP soon.
 
Is the DLC worth it? I have this on PC (haven't played it yet) but I know there's been some controversy with the PC version getting the DLC...

Bioshock 2 was amazing I thought...so was 1. But if you never finished 1 then I would say 2's not worth it since it's more of the same. Got it for $7 at Blockbusters b1g1 sale a while back. I'm thinking about picking it up again to play the DLC at $10, they still have one complete copy left at my store.
