Bioshock/Oblivion Pack

There's this pack at GameStop that has both games, and I was wondering if Oblivion was the GOTY edition or just the regular? It also says "Pre-order ships on 7/7/09", but where I live it's 7/8/09 and they didn't update the in-store thingy. Can anyone else check this?

The box has the original Oblivion box art on it, so I'd assume it's the regular version. They'd put the GOTY box art on it if it was the GOTY version, unless they are dumb.
