Bioshock & Video Card Help

I want to get the right video card to play Bioshock and I was wondering if anyone currently has or knows for sure of a somewhat cheap video card or graphic card hopefully below $100 that I could play Bioshock with. I'm sure the video card my computer came with, Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family, sucks so if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it. Also does anyone know if the Sigma Tel High Definition Audio CODEC for a sound card works with Bioshock or if I will also need to get a new one? Also if anyone knows of a reliable website that explains how to replace a video card it would be awesome. Thanks

Sometimes you can if your laptop comes with an actual video card installed, but in this case the laptop only has integrated video so it would be impossible.

Damn looks like I'll need to get a new desktop, was trying to avoid that. Oh well thanks for the info guys.
