Burger King Games Drop To 99 Cents If your weren't one of the 3.2 million people that purchased the terrifying Burger King games over the last 6 months or so, your dreams of forcing people to eat virtual disgusting fast food can now come true for a mere 99 cents. The Hushed Casket is reporting that Burger King has dropped the price of their bizarrely popular games from four bucks a piece to less then a dollar, complete with photographic evidence. One commenter on the site wrote in saying they purchased the games without even having to buy the food. Truly a blessing if there ever was one. Flynn De Marco
I looked back a couple of pages and didn't find this deal anywhere.
As the title states the games are 99 cents now. It might be YMMV, but I'm not sure. I'm going to go to burger king tomorrow and check it out at the one near me. If you guys have any news about this please post it.
I'm going to go there tomorrow morning before school and then come back here after school to update this post.
Here is a picture also from kotaku:

EB Games sells these used for $8 lol

wonder if you could actually profit buy buying a bunch at 99 cents and selling used to them
how easy are the achievements, maybe buy them just for the sake of getting the points?
Pocketbike racer - pretty easy achievements for the most part, you should be able to get at least 100-120 points in a couple of hours. Only one of the achievements looks to be time consuming (complete all the solo tournaments)

Sneak King - some are quick and easy, others not. Again, should be able to get 100 pretty quickly, the other 100 will take some time, like getting an A grade on every mission, hide 100 times, etc.

Big Bumpin - Probably the toughest achievements, some are pretty obscure, like you have to win a hockey game with the opponent scoring three own goals(?). Patience and persistence needed here, I think.

i find sneak king to be the hardest... mainly 'cause i don't have the patience for all the dances... but honestly, big bumpin''s easy if you get some friends, but try findin' ppl online for the pocketbike racer achievement (25 races)... THAT'S impossible

I wonder if you get anything worthwhile for completing these pieces of crap. I have Sneak King and it's extremely boring. I'd be cool if they gave a coupon code for a free burger at BK or something when you complete the game 100%.

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but these are now .99 at my store (Arvada, Colorado). They had a regular black and white, 8.5X11 piece of paper with the pic of the covers, saying they were .99

I tried my BK on 2/13 and they were still the same prices.
Originally not, since there's no bar code, but apparently GS is accepting them. Go figure.
Actually originally you could, at least around here. Might be YMMV though, as it seems like they didnt in your area.
