It's worth noting that stores are no longer waiting until the day after Thanksgiving for doorbusters. JC Penny, Sears, and Wal-Mart all put out early bird specials after Halloween. It's a new trend to drive 3rd quarter sales as a lead-in to those killer 4th quarters they rely on so much.

Bear that in mind and keep checking the ads until Black Friday-- all bets are off now.

For sure I am getting the Office, 300 and the Holiday from Target. Others are maybes for me... I kinda want House, Family Guy, and Seinfeld. Maybe I'll ask for them as Christmas gifts. :)

That 007 set for 19 bucks is AWESOME. They go for like, 60 on Amazon. I'll be rushing out to CC to buy that...looks like the only thing for me so far this BF.

The scan that I've seen doesn't show Galactica, but it does show Stargate SG-1.

These are the only ones that jump out at me, the 24 seasons look like good buys, but they seem to go on sale often enough, and i have already seen those seasons.

if target has some other deals that are unadvertised, i may head there as well.

this would explain it. Stargate s1 for $19 isnt really much of a deal, BB has had it much cheaper in the past.
 
I was considering going to BB for Entourage for 15$ a season but now I think I'll just go to CC. Its really hard to go to both of them and not stand in line for hours. Question, how are those stores both around 7? Will they still be ridiculous. I went to CC last year at 6 and i stood in line til 830. Not even worth it but I did get Chicken Little and The Office for really good prices.
 
Damn the Bond Volume 1 set for less than $20??!!

Circuit City for me this year. They have Call of juarez for 360 for $9.99 as well that day, so yah...nice savings.

I am looking at picking up South Park S10 at BB early and then PMing it saturday when things cool down a bit. But that doesn't work if it is a friday morning doorbuster. So does anyone know if it is? Or are all of these deals good all day both days?
