I was checking out eStarland's stuff while looking at the $1.95 graphic novels mentioned in this thread, and I saw they had new black Hori Gamecube digital controllers back in stock.

It's $15.95 new plus $2 shipping. ($1 shipping if you've ordered something else, I believe.) Not bad if you've been looking for the black controller and don't have a GameCrazy near you that has these.
They also have the indigo ones.

Much cheaper than through Play-Asia & Lik-Sang. $17.95 shipped, can't beat that.

Ah, gotcha. Thanks for the input, guys. I wanted to get an idea of how shipping really works, kinda like how Amazon's Super Saver option claims up to 5 days but often arrives much sooner.

Also, chrischris, you're only 66.66% the poster judyjudyjudy is. Zing! :D

Yeah, I think Play-Asia had the black in stock recently (not anymore), and I was pretty close to getting both colors from them. So this deal was even sweeter for me since I got both colors, so shipping for both was a total $3.

darn... wanted in on this, especially the black one. All the GameCrazy's in my area don't seem to carry this despite what other CAGs are reporting throughout the country.

I might just settle on using my PS2 Dualshock or PS2 Street Fighter Ryu (15th Anniversary) 6-button controller to play my old GBC/GBA games... via the PS2 to XBox/Gamecube controller converter.

Anyone else do this too?
 
I just had an email arrive that my order shipped. :shock:

I noticed my post has been edited to say OOS. Is the one they say they have in stock just a placeholder or something then? (I couldn't tell from the chat conversation.) I didn' t edit it to say OOS because I thought they still had one in stock that you could add to your cart.

Sorry, when I tried to check on it when the chat log above was posted, it was wouldn't let me add one to the cart. Now it is.

Great deal. I just contacted their live support and they said that they have plenty Gamecube Hori Digital Controllers in stock.

I don't think stock is an issue anymore... they seem to have infinite stock now. (Or at least you can order 999 of them now :) )
 
My box arrived today, and it's the English-labelled version, not the Japanese-labelled version I picked up from Play-Asia.

The controller looks exactly the same, for anyone that has ordered the version of the controller from Lik-Sang or Play-Asia.
