The OP is completely wrong. I stopped by the closing store and they had games at 30% off today, both new and used. Some of the DVDs were 60% off, but not games. This is the only store closing in Pinellas except for one in Tarpon Springs, so it's definitely the one the OP is talking about.
 
They are 30% off at my Blockbuster. However, some are priced weirdly. I got SSBB for Wii $10 and then Wii Music for $6!! The rest of the prices were about normal, plus the 30% off.
