Blockbuster games by mail plans change

I have been paying $16.99 a month for the 3 movies/games at a time plan, I was looking this morning to change my plan but the only plans I see now are the plans that used to be called "Total Access", that includes in store exchanges (not free for games), that were more expensive. so it looks like the cheaper plans are phased out, I have not received emails about the plan changes or when I would be affected yet so I assume the changes are recent.

$11.99 for 1 game
$16.99 for 2
$19.99 for 3

I love this service, but mostly only because it's cheaper than gamefly.
