WE DO NOT HAVE PDFS OF THE COUPON PRINTING COUPONS, THE COUPONS ARE INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED

Please keep trade and other off topic chatter to a minimum. It is healthy and unless it gets out of hand or really off topic or in a direction that is heading towards fraud or illegal actions, please do not worry.

The Disney Movie Rewards site has changed, the coupon printing is now associated with your account, printing 2 times per account is now the limit, as well as per computer. This was tested at the end of the Toy Story craze a few months back. If you have a girlfriend with an account or a brother or sister, see if you can have their extra coupons if you need them.

So here are the coupons:

Another way is to just use the $10 Disney Movie Rewards coupon and the $5 coupon assuming of course if they let you use both and your total will be 5.98+tax

Target takes off the Disney coupons after tax has already been applied. I believe the $10 off from Target was taken off before tax was calculated, so I paid tax on $35.98, then the Disney coupons were deducted.
Some were able to do it by price matching TRU.

Might try this. Got a set from TRU yesterday so I can use my receipt to PM. Thanks for the tip.

Yeah I guess you're right. It doesn't seem like that though the way the receipt is listed.
How you pull that off and where did you get them to do it?:applause::bouncy:
Toys R Us, but it is too late to repeat the deal. 4 P&TF, 4 TS1, 4 TS2, 4 kissing frogs, 8 "toy story 3" movie tickets. It took 2 computers to print the coupons, and 4 sets of pre-orders. The $16 is mostly tax.

just picked up toy story 1 and 2 for $17 and some change from my toysrus. i asked if they would take the $5 coupons too, but the manager said no.

oh well, still a great price for both movies
You can print them out twice per IP. Thank god of school IP. Already picked up 10 copies so far:bouncy:
no, it is 2 per computer. it is not ip based. coupons.com printer stores files on your computer that keep a tally of the number of coupons that you have printed for a selected deal. if what you were saying is true, then you could just assign yourself a separate ip after printing and you would be all set. but trust, i have tried that, it does not work. i am trying to figure out the files though and if anyone wants to help, private message me.

I'm curious why i never paid any tax. I walked out with TS1 and Ts2 with a receipt that said $0.

I think TRU's tax system is manually programmed at the store level to correspond with different tax areas. That is why my purchases would only take 2.xx value off when a $5 coupon was used and only charge tax. I have noticed TRUs within 20 miles of each other that ring up items differently, even if they are scanned in the same order. I hope that makes sense, I have to go watch the office now!

Went to TRU to exchange my TS2 DVD for BD case (had already exchanged TS1) register wouldn't the transaction go through but the employees were very hepful.

So did anyone that got the DVD case have any luck swapping it out? My local TRUs still haven't gotten any Blu-ray ones as far as I know. I only called the one... but the other still hasn't gotten back to me.

Score!

I got both movies for free today! Toy Story 1 and 2 on Blu!

Price $19.99 each at Fry's

$40 total
- $10 for buying both
-$10 coupon for TS 1
-$10 coupon for TS 2
-$5 coupon
-$5 coupon

Total spent- $0

The cahsier wasn't too happy and had to get a manager. He looked it over and after 10 minutes gave it to me.

Went to go swap out my TS2 dvd case for the blu ray at Target. I originally paid $7.xx total for both movies so when the guy scanned the receipt, it said I would have to pay $5.xx to swap the movie. I was tired and didnt feel like arguing with them so I just paid for it and left with my swapped bluray copy. Apparently it took off one of the $5 coupons I used the other day when I bought both movies. Anyone else had this happen to them?

Wow, you ran into a really dumb manager if he looked at the coupons for 10 minutes and couldn't read "one coupon per item purchased", lol. That's fucking terrible. I can't believe anybody would allow a customer to walk out without paying anything.

Not really sure how it worked out (nor do I really care), but I got Toy Story 1 and 2 for $4.4X today.

I just handed the cashier $10 and $5 coupons for both, and she rang it all up. Pretty awesome deal; my father was shocked they could be had for so cheap, haha.

Well if it's legit they have to really. They COULD try to make you think you need to pay something...but if you know what you and their doing...well you wont. If they still insist on it you just say you want corporate's number and you'll complain...they'll usually kiss your ass and probably give it to you for free, and depending on what manager and how much you complain about the situation to them (if your right at least) they might even give you gift cards or something to keep your business.

In this case it was just dumb luck. luck for the person buying, and dumb because the cashier AND manager didn't bother to actually fully read the thing if they actually got it.

But hey, I tried it too...so congrats on the freebie :)

Target had both TS1&2 in the blu-ray cases.

The cashier took both the $10.00 coupons and the $5.00 coupons without flinching. I paid 2.99 for each.
I did have to pay tax on the total minus the 10.00 Target promo.

Awesome deal!
Umm they don't HAVE to. The policy is almost always 1 manufacturers coupon per item. And threatening to call corporate because you feel you're above store policy is an absolute dick move.

I'm pretty sure that it doesn't leave any files and is based on IP + hardware configuration. I had some difficulty printing out the coupons, but there's no traces that I could find in the registry or on the file system. I'm pretty sure coupons.com has modified how their software works from in the past. I was able to bring my computer somewhere else and print them off without any other modifications.

So I went to Target on Wednesday and grabbed 4 Blu-ray cases (two of each). I asked them to PM TRU and they sent me to Customer Service. The supervisor looked at the advertisement for about few minutes and said that something doesn't make sense. How can I save $10 on two, but $8 on one? He said that his interpretation is that the first one (meaning the TS1) sells for $21.99 and the 2nd (TS2) for $16.99 and that is what he is going to give me. So I agreed. He scanned 2 @ $21.99 and 2 @ $16.99 and the system gave me 2x $10 off. I handed him the $10 and $5 coupons. He said that I can use only one coupon and I of course picked the $10. Anyway, my final price was $22.xx (I had 4x$1.00 items) of which $1.XX is tax. Not bad deal. The movies came to about $5.33 including tax. But next day I decided to go to another Target and ask for price adjustment with the argument that he missed to discount one set of Blu-rays. The CS lady told me right away that he shouldn't have done that. That they don't give discounts on bundled sets. Obviously she knew what she was talking. Yesterday I was near another Target and decided to try again. The manager had to come because the girl didn't know how to do it. He came and played with their computer for about 10 min trying to figure out how to override the system. and at the end he said "$20.XX go back to your credit card". I was WTF? I was expecting $10.00 only but hey, I will take $20.00 (+tax)! So I ended up getting 4 blu-rays + $4.00 for other items for only $0.50! Which is all tax!

Finally picked up Toy Story 1 & 2 for blu-ray. I used the two $10 off coupons so it ended up being $5.66. I checked my receipts for PATF (I posted my story a few pages back) and calculated that it only cost about $.88 cents. So in total I paid $6.54 for 3 blu-rays. Life is good.

For the people going to Target....

you can only use one manufact. coupon there. So both $10 ones or both $5 ones not both. I tried that with Princess and the Frog and it won't accept a scan from both.

The store should get reimbursed by the coupon issuer for their value, correct? Unless Disney has to see proof of the number of coupons redeemed vs. the number of BDs or DVDs bought using coupons, that is. I've never worked in retail and had to deal with manufacturer coupons, but it seems to me that Disney is the one who'll be losing out by having multiple coupons redeemed for single movie purchases...

Some people have been able to go back to customer service after buying a movie using one of the coupons, and getting the second coupon to go through. I was only able to use the $10 coupons at Target when I bought TS1 and 2, but I went back a couple of days later with the receipt and the $5 coupons, and all the CSR had to do was scan the receipt and the coupons, and both were accepted automatically. No manager override, etc.

I believe some people are right you can only use either use the (2) 10 dollar coupons or the (2) 5 dollar coupons, My total came up to $34.00, using the (2) 5 dollar coupons, then later finding out their was 10 dollar coupons which I informed my dad about. I wish target would match the online toysrus ad, they say I need the actual printed sunday paper. Might be returning the target ones, TS2 was a dvd case. Anyone know If I can reprint the (2) 10 coupons from online at: disneyrewards and still be valid, so target knocks off 20 dollars.

Yes you can. I've printed it twice now and it still worked when I used it. Someone said the limit is twice though.

I just got back from 2 different Targets and at both of them their system would not accept both a $5 & $10 off coupon. It was limited to 1 manufacturer coupon per item, and that was definitely in their system, not just the cashier saying no.

Ended up going to TRU and it worked there no problem.

Did you have 2 extra items if you were using 4 coupons? Target has a weird system where the number of coupons used must be the same as the number of items bought. When I bought both movies, I also bought 2 cans of juice along with it and the cashier didnt have any problems scanning them through.

I know, I used both the $5 and $10 manufacturer's coupons and had no problems just as long as I had the same amount of coupons as the same amount of items.

Sounds like a work around! Nice. I might try to get some extras to resell tomorrow with some granola or something. The Colorado Blvd. Target was stocked full on both 1 & 2, literally at least a dozen of both.

I bought 2 items along with the Blu-Rays but the $5 coupon didn't scan. Well, it did scan but it asked for an override. That caused the clerk to ask for help and that girl tried to deny all 4 coupons. She kept saying that they couldn't accept the coupons because I had already received $10 off from the promo. I asked for a supervisor and after a couple of minutes, I was allowed to use the $10 coupons but not the $5 ones. BTW, this was at Target.

Oh well, I thought I had missed out so TS 1/2 for $7.99 each is good enough for me. Too bad that I didn't notice the TRU pre-order deal so I did miss out on TPATF.

I'll never understand this. The store isn't losing out on any money (unless perhaps you used the $10 and $5 ones together). They send the coupons on to Disney and Disney sends them the money that you didn't have to pay. Otherwise, no coupons would exist.

I've been to a Fry's before. Their prices were good but not so good as they seem to believe. I don't understand why they won't take coupons there either.

Finally picked up my Toy Story 1 & 2 copies... Paid $16.xx for the Princes and the Frog Blu/DVD and the TRU reserve. Today I used the two $10 off coupons and a $5 one (the other one scanned, but wouldn't take any more off)... total at pick up was $2.xx. So the total for all three Blu/DVD combo packs and two tickets to go see Toy Story 3 was $19.xx... thanks CAG :)

I was at Target trying to exchange & return DVD for Blu-ray but ended up with refund. After 20 minutes, the lady couldn't figure out how to refund at full price.

Picked up TS1 & TS2 in blu-ray cases at my TRU went up to the counter the cashier said " Do you have the coupons from the internet"? I said yes? She said how many do you have, I said I have two $8 and two $5, she said ok do you have any more? Where do you get the $10 off coupons for Toy Story 1 & 2? Was it part of a preorder or something?
I'm kinda late getting to the party so whats the best deal if I plan to pick them up from Target or BestBuy?
Thanks

It's a Disney Movie Rewards coupon for putting the UPC of your old TS movies. Well you're a day late to the party. It's all back to 29.99 now. The best deal right now would be Best Buy's where they have buy one get 15 off on select Disney movies or TRU also with the same deal but for all blu-ray and dvd.

Question about the $16 coupon. Has anyone tried it at Best Buy? I just have seen a lot of people try it at target/walmart and am trying to figure out if its worth trying.

Yesterday, I got Toy Story 1&2 at Target and they accepted all four coupons plus the Target $10 off deal. Came out to around $7.00. I did buy some other items, too. I think this coupon thing is YMMV, but I didn't even ask the cashier, he just hit the override button no questions asked. I was at the Target in Jenison, MI.

Target does take one manufacturer coupon per item. The YMMV is getting them to take two coupons so you got lucky there.
