BB is notorious for keeping items available for pre-order a couple dollars cheaper than the release price, so it probably will jump up to $26.99 tomorrow when it releases.

I just checked BB website and James and the Giant Peach (blu-ray) is still listed as $24.99. If this remains true, I'll probably pick this up at BB with that $10 manufacturer's coupon.
 
So which store will be selling it cheaper for? I guess I'll have to go to the store tomorrow and just check the prices out for myself. Darn!

ya, we have been unable to get pricing as most stores did not advertise it.



on a different note, printed the coupon this morning and just like the toy story one, you can print it only 2 times per movierewards account. it is no longer 2 per computer.

Just called my local Walmart and Target.

Walmart didn't have it in stock and Target had it for $29.99.

I think I'm going to Best Buy to pick it up for $26.99 before coupon, or PM it at Target.

I tried to print on the same computer from 2 different accounts and I got the error message saying I had already maxed out so I don't think that this info is accurate.

Has anyone else had luck printing from the same computer 2 times from 2 different accounts?

Looking more and more that Best Buy will be the cheapest price, since we have it so far as:

Best Buy: $26.99
Target: $29.99
TRU: $29.99
Walmart: ?????

Unless Walmart is cheaper than $26.99, looks like BB gets my money.
 
It looks like I'll be heading to TRU. I'm surprised this movie isn't getting a huge release like other Disney movies. I loved this movie, especially after reading the book.

I'm saving that for Tinkerbell & tGFR :br:, I even took a card to save in case they pull them.

I opted for BBy and more rewards points.
I also used the RZ text coupon and picked up The Crazies for $7 after 40% off.

Finally found a Walmart with J&TGP on the shelf, and it was $29.99.

Best Buy: $26.99
Target: $29.99
TRU: $29.99
Walmart: $29.99

Guess Best Buy is the cheapest around, unless you want to go through the work on the Beauty & The Best pre-order process at TRU.
 
just got back from tru, there is a promo where if you buy alice in wonderland at the same time, you get $8 off the total. this makes j&tgp 6.xx after all is said an done then just return alice, and the reservation if ou dont want either. will post a copy of the receipt after.
 
TRU is $29.99 I bought it from there this morning.

$29.99 - $10.00

= $19.99 + $5.00 for preorder

= $24.99 - $10.00 Manufacturer's Coupon brings it to $14.99 plus tax.

I walked out paying $16.27

Didn't know about the AIW deal oh well still good deal. I watched it about an hour ago and the PQ is not too bad.
 
Gonna try another TRU hopefully tomorrow or Thursday; they didn't have any copies at the one I went to earlier (or Beauty and the Beast pre-order cards, for that matter).

Best Buy refused to let me PM and use the coupon, despite me explaining that it was a manufacturer's coupon and they would be getting their $10 back. Oh well.

I went to an Atlanta store and it worked for me. There was a cardboard display that had newer :br:'s marked down and tagged as $12.99 (which is interestingly about 40% regular prices) and I think the "e-coupon" is supposed to be the same thing but it's being doubly applied in their system. It worked on everything I tried except Pandorum.
 
I am hearing that if you are a "silver premier status" member art bb you get 40% of blue ray titles. anyone know which bue ray titles would this apply to? i am interested in buying james in the giant peach, kick ass, and maybe one more.

yes, you wont keep the full 8 off as it is split 3.56/4.44 of something along that, i scanned my receipt but forgot to post it last night. so when you return it you will get whatever you paid back on alice.

any1 know if I have 2 BatB preorders, I get 2x 10 of one item?

So you really get no benefit in pre-ordering Tinkerbell and B&tB at the same time, correct?
