WE DO NOT HAVE PDFS OF THE COUPON PRINTING COUPONS, THE COUPONS ARE INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED

Please keep trade and other off topic chatter to a minimum. It is healthy and unless it gets out of hand or really off topic or in a direction that is heading towards fraud or illegal actions, please do not worry.

The Disney Movie Rewards site has changed, the coupon printing is now associated with your account, printing 2 times per account is now the limit, as well as per computer. This was tested at the end of the Toy Story craze a few months back. If you have a girlfriend with an account or a brother or sister, see if you can have their extra coupons if you need them.

So here are the coupons:

can confirm it too. bought james and the giant peach for 11.22 w/ 2 preorders (beauty and the beast/toystory3). asked the guy if he knew it would work and he was like only one way to find out and he rings them all up. he said its not suppose to work like that but said congrats and that was it haha. wonder if you can preorder more than 2 for more stacking? o_O
Toy Story and Beauty and the Beast promos stack; I confirmed it earlier today
So how would that work if you pre-ordered both movies and used the $10.00 coupon on that "The Last Song" movie? You would end up getting $30.00 off the movie which only costs $24.99 to begin with. Would the extra $5.00 off go to one the pre-orders you just placed?

Example:

$5.00 TS3 Pre-order
$5.00 B&tB Pre-order
$24.99 Purchase of "The Last Song"

$34.99 Total

Now for the discounts:
$10.00 off coupon for "The Last Song"
$10.00 off for TS3 Pre-order
$10.00 off for the B&tB Pre-order

Total of $30.00 in discounts

$34.99 Purchase
$30.00 Discounts
=$4.99 total plus tax

Would it end up working out that way?

Haha, dude I have no idea. The five might go towards one of the pre-orders, but I have no way of knowing; just try it yourself tomorrow. Buy some candy if you're worried about the extra 5 bucks.

i will be testing this tomorrow, will post how it goes.

My store does not have TS3 preorder cards, they have tinkerbell though and Beauty and the beast. I grabbed a couple of each card just in case they get pulled.
Don't forget to pickup Halo Reach Collectible Card. ;)
I picked up the card but forgot to check if they had the TS3 preorder.

I have a question-- and maybe it's just my misunderstanding-- but I thought the Disney pre-orders (TRU) discount was just for Disney movies? ($10 off any normal priced Disney Bluray when you preorder one). Is Last Song a Disney? I didn't think it was... but maybe I'm wrong. (on both counts)

the preorder card does say $10 off another disney movie $19.99 and up so im not sure if it would still work.

well after doing a lil scooping around the last song is touchstone... which is part of disney so it might work... i guess someone just has to check tomorrow

The ToysRUs ad lists it as a Disney movie.
Is Cars still ringing up for $14.99?
I believe it's running throughout the month of August. I was able to get it for that price last Thursday if it helps you at all.

No toy story 3 preorder cards at Raritan, NJ TRU.

Picked up James and the Giant Peach + Beauty and the Beast Preorder for ~$16 total after coupon + promo.

thanks!

also, anyone have any luck with the last song? As much as I swear against the movie, I'm sure my sister's or somebody would enjoy it if I could get it on the cheap
Last Song doesn't work with the pre-orders, I tried today.
Ditto what he said I just tried and it was a no-go.
Confirming that BatB preorder works on the $14.99 Cars BD.
So what's the deal here (I've been out of this thread for a bit)?

I want to get Beauty and the Beast on blu-ray. I also wouldn't mind picking up Cars, A Bug's Life and Ratatouille on blu-ray on the cheap. I will definitely be getting Toy Story 3 when it comes out in November too. What is the cheapest way to get this stuff? I have all of these movies on DVD already so if there's a way to upgrade and get a discount I'd be all over that too.

Thanks!

to anyone else encountering the cards not being out, ask an employee, they are most likely there just not out yet. mine were never given to electronics but they found them and i got james and a preorder for batb and ts3 for 4.99.
over on slickdeals someone reported that the last song doesn't ring up automatically w/ the preorders.
last song, 100% does not ring up with the pre-orders. coupon works perfectly but not the pre-orders. tested every possible scenario today. its not a disney movie so it shouldn't work anyway.

I went to 2 TRU's, one of them did not have the cards and when I asked an employee, they said they weren't getting them till next week. The 2nd store had the cards out and I got the BatB and TS3 promos to stack for JatGP no problem.

So you might want to call your local TRU and make sure they have the cards before making a trip.
The ToysRUs ad lists it as a Disney movie.
Wonder if someone could argue the point about it not being a Disney movie if they took TRU's own ad in to show them THEY say it's a Disney. :) (I checked the ad, it does say "Disney" under it.

if anyone wants cars, it is basically tax of the 14.99 + 10 deposit for both TS# and BatB preorders. the two 10 dollars off only takes off 15 and not an extra 4 on the preorders :(
Yup, got TS3 and BatB to stack on JatP - $10 total.
ditto for me
went today as the $10 coupon expired yesterday but they took it today

and they could not locate the TS3 preorder cards so manager called another store and used the UPCs

I think you need that card when you pick up your movie.

I noticed sale signs posted for Bolt blu-ray ($24.99) and A Bug's Life blu-ray ($24.99). I wasn't able to get a close look at the signs so I'm not sure if these deals are still active.
I think you need that card when you pick up your movie.
You don't need it, but without it, you won't get five dollars off your purchase, and they might give you a hard time about canceling it.

this is really interesting that it works, at no point in time is the movie over 19.99 twice. unless the system itself only checks once. this could be awesome.
I am not talking about the available total, I am talking about the actual total. I had an extra 1.35 or something in credit left on the coupon (and I could have added some candy to the order or whatever), but the actual total on the receipt had to be .99 before tax. Even though I still had credit, the computer would not go below .99 for the items.
got a receipt to be zero last night.
got a receipt to be zero last night.
I guess it varies by store. I'm sure I have it somewhere still...

So what did you buy for 0.00? (and how)
got a receipt to be zero last night.
Did you buy cars and then preoder 3 movies?
If so, which one did you preorder 2 of?
Found a TRU with both BatB and TS3 pre-order cards, but no copies of Cars :br:

:wall:
Take a few, some stores are pulling them.

1) Check electronics for blurays. My store moved them to the locked cases.
2) There are 3 pre order cards now. TS3, B&tB, Tinkerbell.
3) Are there any active coupons still printable for any Disney movie?
4) What happens if you pre order all 3 movies and select a random disney blu-ray to buy with it?

BTW: the .99 I was charged for my blurays was "tax"...I checked my receipts.

Mine has a freestanding cardboard Disney display with several pixar titles; I do believe Cars was in that. Make those lazy tools in CS look up the sku and check their stock. Both my locals TRUs have stock in the back they haven't got around to putting out yet.

All the TRUs up here have the :br:s in the 6ft glass cases behind the electronics counter.

The TRU I went to is in the process of reintegrating the R Zone into the rest of the store, so all :br:s were 'in the back'.

And not all TRU workers are lazy tools. :nottalking:

The guy who looked for the Cars :br: also knew what to do for the Reach glitch.

Make those lazy tools in CS look up the sku and check their stock.
Before knowing they moved blu-rays to electronics, i asked someone to look up the stock for Peach. First they couldn't find the listing, then they did and said they had 0 stock.
Then found the case in R-zone and saw 4 copies of it there...

Ratatouille is $29.99, Ponyo is $19.99

These pre-order deals have been good to me; I've been able to fill all the spaces in my Disney and Pixar collection (of movies I care about, anyways) with James and the Giant Peach, Cars, Sleeping Beauty, and now Ratatouille + Ponyo.

Totally forgot about the $10 Tinkerbell pre-order; how's that one work? You have to actually buy the movie to get your giftcard, right?

yup 10 dollar preorder for tinkerbell and then they give you the giftcard when you pick up the movie and the giftcard works i think like 6 hours after you pick up the movie.

are you going to end up canceling the preorders? i'm actually afraid to cancel the preorders because all the receipts say 11.26 or something. but i might try to return it w/ the gift receipt to get it on giftcard

I'll be honest, I have no idea what you were talking about in your second paragraph.

But I wouldn't be worried about canceling pre-orders, unless you have like 5 or 6. I doubt the employee will care, or even pay attention to your totals (unless you have TRU Nazis working at your stores).

Edit: Whoops, I was wrong about Ponyo. I looked at my receipt again and it's actually $19.99. There's an additional $10 instant savings ala Cars.

So I basically paid $8 for Ponyo and Ratatouille; sweeeeeeeet.

I have never tried to cancel preorders, since I usually get my blus for $5 or less from TRU. (without trying to use the $5 preorder credit).
