WE DO NOT HAVE PDFS OF THE COUPON PRINTING COUPONS, THE COUPONS ARE INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED

Please keep trade and other off topic chatter to a minimum. It is healthy and unless it gets out of hand or really off topic or in a direction that is heading towards fraud or illegal actions, please do not worry.

The Disney Movie Rewards site has changed, the coupon printing is now associated with your account, printing 2 times per account is now the limit, as well as per computer. This was tested at the end of the Toy Story craze a few months back. If you have a girlfriend with an account or a brother or sister, see if you can have their extra coupons if you need them.

So here are the coupons:
If they are priced at $19.99 on Tuesday, yes.

But $10 for both Toy Stories isn't amazing. Princess & the Frog, Toy Story and Toy Story 2 for $5.97 is amazing.
oh well I missed out on that. >.<

I was conveniently on vacation the week that PatF came out and the only stores I found around here are target and walmart. :\

THIS is the week PatF came out. It is still on sale through the end of today at most stores. The $10 off coupons are good through next monday but are really only useful today. You haven't missed out on the 1.99 deal unless you don't want to go to ToysRUs TODAY.

The 10 dollar coupon is posted on the front page and the 5 dollar coupon can be found here: http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?tqnm=zcopcam14019641&bt=vg&o=62439&c=DS&p=EQZN7ioI

Why do people say they are paying 2.71 for PATF after preorders? After preordering TS 1 & 2 TRU pays you ~$3 to walk away with PATF, and you get charged ~$8 for the preorders. The preorder promotions both apply (though they shouldn't), which is why this is such a crazy deal.

yes I know, except we drive down to florida (from NJ) and we're leaving today, so no way I'd be able to make it to my local TRU since we'll be home sometime tomorrow >.<

EDIT:

and also, for whatever reason, I was under the impression that target had each toy story for $19.99 but apparently I was wrong...

Of course the girl scanned the wrong barcodes and scanned the ones for the DVD packaging, hopefully I won't have any issues getting the Blu-ray ones.
:applause:

Man! I just came from there. I got the exact same numbers, except the cashier didn't want to scan the $10 coupon, since PATF was already at $6.99. So she scanned the $5 coupon and gave back the $10 coupon.

Still, that makes PATF $1.99 plus tax and the pre-orders. I'm thinking I'll walk away with PATF, Toy Story 1 & 2 for roughly $15, and that makes me all sorts of happy.

A few days ago (before I went to Toys R Us and did the pre-order thing), I used the PATF $10 coupon at Target to get the single disc blu-ray for $9.99 plus tax. I returned it today, and they gave me the $10 coupon back in cash. What the frick? I love Target, but my money is going to Toys R Us.
BTW they have to manually enter the amount of the discount at the register today for the $15.
Looks like they caught on. The $5 off and $15 off a Disney movie thing were stacking by mistake before.

i got 8 something for all 3 (preorder TS1 and TS2 and tpatf). i didn't get the $5 coupon until now. i don't think i'll go back and price adjust as they gave me a pretty hard time as it was. i'll just leave it as it is.

Lemme tell you what went down when I tried to do the deal at Toys R Us. When I went to cashier I gave her the coupons and she said I could only use one so obviously chose the $10 one. I told her about the Toy Story preorder deal and then she says something that I didn't catch but my mom decided to tag along and she said we had to go to another line or something. For some reason, the lady still goes along and charges $18.88 for the PATF blu ray. I left the store and immediately went back in to the first line. I told her about the preorder deal and she immediately knew what was up. She gave scanned the item and my receipt, gave me $28 back, I gave her $10 for the pre orders, and that was that!

So, in the end I guess it was around $2, maybe even less since I received $1.12 in change from the first cashier.

Today, $3.04 @ TRU for P&TFrog blu combo & the kissing frogs (kinda cute)

Went smooth
Scan the movie, scan the frogs, scan the two blu upcs for both Toy story preorders.
Hit total
scan the coupon upc on the other side of the Toy story pre order card (cashier directions are printed right on the card!),
scan the $10 and $5 coupons ... ttl $3.04

Next week come back in with the $10 preorder cards and two $10 Toy Story coupons .... sweet! (hopefully the TStory movies have the movie cash!) even sweeter!

I for one am excited to see the blu versions of Toy Story... one (two) of my faves ...

Mainly I've been saying I paid 1.99 + tax because that is what I paid. It just gets confusing when you try to explain that the 8 dollars they "pay" you is in a deferred payment back to them for the Toy Story movies.

I suppose I could say I got PatF for free and only paid $2 dollars down for a $10 dollar credit toward buying both Toy Story movies, but once again, this get confusing.

It's easier to just say I paid 2.xx and I'm going to get Toy Story for dirt cheap next week too. I just hope what we're getting at is understood. This is a kick ass deal and I'm surprised more people weren't interested.

Sad that my closest TRU and/or Target is an hour away, otherwise I'd pick up PatF as well. It's just not worth the gas to make the trip twice in one week. Of course shit ass Wal-Mart doesn't ever do any deals like this. I did see the local KMart had a combo deal on PatF and AstroBoy, so I'm hoping they'll do the same for TS1 and TS2. If not, I will make the one hour drive to get those two. Even at $10 each, with moviecash, it's well worth it.

shoot, I should have bought another deal and then just sent you (or someone here) the preorder receipt/card (heck a movie and the frogs for $3 would be an excellent BDay present!) ... would have gotten you another $10 off as I want only one set of Toy Story but my only TRU is 25 minutes one way ...

If another member goes tonight, please consider this as Disney will allow you to print two each of the $5 and $10 coupons ...

Hopefully everyone is aware the TStory $10 off coupons are up on Disney.com

It didn't limit me on printing the $5 coupons for some reason only on the $10 one did it limit to 2.

Just grabbed 2 patf and preordered tys1/2 x2. They wouldn't let me use the $5 off coupon with the $10 off coupon on patf but it worked out to me only paying $6 for each set so I was ok with that.

Yeah, thanks for the thought. I should have posted about it sooner. I just wanted to save begging as a last resort, haha. It's cool though. I wasn't really superhyped for PatF, but it was such an amazing deal I felt dumb for being aware of it and NOT going for it, lol. If I could have grabbed them all in one trip, I would have done it. But the thought of driving an hour one way twice in a week just seemed to negate a lot of the savings. I'll do whatever I have to to make sure I get TS1 and TS2 though. Those are classics, and getting moviecash for TS3 is icing on the cake.

According to blu-ray.com forums there are also $10 upgrade coupons for both TS1 & 2. You just have to enter the UPC codes for the VHS or DVD into the Disney Movie Rewards site to get the coupon. Check out the post for more info...

Pookymeister outlined the way to get Princess&Frog for $2 from TRU perfectly. I was able to get my $2+tax Princess&Frog using the same stacking preorder deals and same manufacturer coupons.

I can't imagine how 'your way' would be any different.
Here is my way:

Kissing Frogs 19.99 value free
P&TF
TS1 blu PO
TS2 blu PO
- P&TF $10
- TS1 $5
- TS2 $5 (only took off 2.XX)
-15 promo
-5 promo
= .99 tax
and I could have added 2.xx in filler for free. You suckas payed 2X as much! :D

Damn it! Looks like I'll have to be dropping in on this thread from now on. I can't believe what you all have been able to do, it's too late for me though.

I haven't submitted my Upgrade2Blu stuff yet, but I'm going to in a week or so. That said ... does anyone want to trade a $8 Bug's Life or Pinocchio coupon now for one or more $8 coupons later? I'd like to use the crazy Toys R Us deal tomorrow or Monday to get $15+$8 off one of those two Blu-Rays ... the $15 alone just isn't quite sweet enough for me. Please PM me if interested and we can talk about what coupon(s) I can give you back. (I've got the stuff for a Bug's Life or Pinocchio coupon, so I could make it a same-for-same trade ....)

Does anybody have a scan copy of any upgrade to blu $8 coupons dat I could get so i could try to use on the PO TS1/2 and get the cars movie or another?? Do yall know if the PO's are refundable?? Anybody have any luck using the coupon's on the New Moon??

So wait, I'm a bit confused now.

What's the best deal for Toy Story 1 (and possibly 2)? I figured there would be something better than my $23 goldbox on Amazon.

I know there was some stackable thing with the Princess and the Frog that is dead now, but I don't care about that movie whatsoever.
I know there was some stackable thing with the Princess and the Frog that is dead now, but I don't care about that movie whatsoever.
You could've gotten PatF, TS1, and TS2 for $6+tax. Now you're limited to getting TS1+TS2 for $16.99 each when bought together at Toys R Us minus two $10 upgrade coupons which comes to $14 for both. $6 for three or $14 for two. Even if you didn't want PatF, it would've been cheaper to go that route.

Since I know none of the stores around me allow so many coupons my best bet is going to be Target and the fact I was able to print off both $10 DMR coupons (wife has an account) So..

22.99 + 22.99 - 10 in store - 10 coupon - 10 coupon = 15.98

I can live with that for 2 Blu-Rays

If thats the case, don't forget the two $5 one's on the first post, take another ten bucks off. I know I sure as hell am going to try it. Just use my tactic of who looks most oblivious at the store.

It's still cheaper at ToysRUs even if you didn't get the stacking deal from last week. They have both of them for 16.99 this week.

16.99 + 16.99 - 10 coupon - 10 coupon = 13.98 +tax.

That's if TRU takes the coupons.

When I was there last week they told me they were making an exception for the Princess and the Frog coupon, but they're going to stop taking online coupons. No idea why, this came from a manager.

Seems weird to me that a manager would just come out and say it unless someone in that store was abusing it if that's even possible since they're one time use. In any case, if they do it at your place, it would probably be an isolated issue and not every Toys R Us will do it in the same way that some allow the use of two coupons while others limit it to one.

So is there going to be any way to use both the $5 off and $10 off coupons at the same time?

For example at Toys R Us: $17 + $17 - $10 - $10 - $5 - $5 = $4.

I assume it will be YMMV and depend on how diligent of a cashier you get I suppose. I don't mind paying $14 for both Blu Rays, but damn if I could get them for $4 that would be CAGtastic!
That's if TRU takes the coupons.

When I was there last week they told me they were making an exception for the Princess and the Frog coupon, but they're going to stop taking online coupons. No idea why, this came from a manager.
I suppose it's their right to deny a manufacturer's coupon, but taking 1 per product is completely within the guidelines of the coupon and they will be reimbursed the entire face value of the coupon from Disney. Seems retarded they wouldn't at least take 1 of them.
Ah, you used the $5 TS coupons.

I didn't bother as I didn't purchase TS 1&2 when I got PATF.
no he did not, toy story 1 and 2 have not even come out yet so all he did was use the 10 off princess coupon and the 5 off princess coupons to take 15 off the purchase in addition to the 15 for pre-ordering thus making the total 1.99. please see post after this for a complete explanation.

lies, that manager just did not want to take your coupon. they are manufacturers coupons. they would have to stop manufacturers coupons completely. also, if it scans, it works.
Does the PATF not work today?
the coupons are good until 3/28, i think they extended it, the price in store just may be higher than 26.99. so you can still pre-order the toy story movies and get the deal, but your end price may be higher than the 1.99.
I'm wondering the same thing....
see above.
You could've gotten PatF, TS1, and TS2 for $6+tax. Now you're limited to getting TS1+TS2 for $16.99 each when bought together at Toys R Us minus two $10 upgrade coupons which comes to $14 for both. $6 for three or $14 for two. Even if you didn't want PatF, it would've been cheaper to go that route.
except your math is wrong. there are 2 coupons for toy story right now. a 10 upgrade coupon from disney movie rewards and a 5 dollar coupon for the disney coupon site. or if you had one, you could use your disney upgrade2blu coupon for 8 off instead of 5. see post below for more info.
So wait, I'm a bit confused now.

What's the best deal for Toy Story 1 (and possibly 2)? I figured there would be something better than my $23 goldbox on Amazon.

I know there was some stackable thing with the Princess and the Frog that is dead now, but I don't care about that movie whatsoever.
the stackable thing is not dead until 3/22, the date you can preorder them until and if you did your price is going to be less than the cost of the movie. see below. so for the best price, see below.
Does anybody have a scan copy of any upgrade to blu $8 coupons dat I could get so i could try to use on the PO TS1/2 and get the cars movie or another??
if someone scans theirs for you, then in theory you are taking their coupon as each one has a unique id. paying 1.99 is what you can do without upgrade2blu and without pre-ordering. pre-ordering is still alive until 3/22 so you can save 15 of another blu in the meantime, as long as it is over 19.99.
Do yall know if the PO's are refundable?? Anybody have any luck using the coupon's on the New Moon??
yes, you can return a pre-order at anytime up to a few months later. the timeframe might be different, but you can DEFINITELY return a pre-order.
Here is my way:

Kissing Frogs 19.99 value free
P&TF
TS1 blu PO
TS2 blu PO
- P&TF $10
- TS1 $5
- TS2 $5 (only took off 2.XX)
-15 promo
-5 promo
= .99 tax
and I could have added 2.xx in filler for free. You suckas payed 2X as much! :D
you used the wrong coupons and will pay more possiby, unless you have multiple computers, you should have used the princess 5 off coupon instead. so you are the sucka (unless you can mass produce these coupons)
BTW they have to manually enter the amount of the discount at the register today for the $15.
no they dont, whoever you had did it wrong. i purchased a couple copies today as gifts and everything went smooth.

yes, see post below by me.

this is how to get the best deals on princess and the frog blu ray combo pack, toy story one and toy story 2. the freebies will be different from store to store but this is the best deal money wise. hopefully they have movie cash on all toy story movies as that just makes it better.

all prices listed are for toys r us

princess and the frog, as of 3/20:
26.99 - sale price
5.00 - pre-order toy story 1
5.00 - pre-order toy story 2
-15.00 for - pre-ordering both toy story 1 and 2 (guaranteed)
-5.00 - glitch from pre-ordering either toy story 1 and 2 (guaranteed as of 3/20)
total before coupons = 16.99
-10.00 for using the coupon located here: http://disney.go.com/disneyvideos/disneymagicalsavings/
-5.00 for using coupon located here: http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?bt=wg&tqnm=zcosfug80357553&o=62439&c=DS&p=EQZN7ioI
total after coupons = 1.99

yes both coupons are guaranteed to work, if you get an employee willing to take both, and are usable until at least 3/28.

toy story 1 and 2 on same purchase:
21.99 - sale price (each)
-10.00 for buying both (guaranteed)
total before coupons = 32.98
-20.00 for using the coupons located here: http://disney.eprize.net/movierewards/index.tbapp?page=gwp/toystory1and2
enter in both upcs:
Toy Story 10th Anniversary Edition: 786936294507
Toy Story 2 2-Disc Special Edition: 786936294521
-10.00 for using coupons located here: http://disney.go.com/disneyvideos/disneymagicalsavings/
total after coupons = 3.98

that is without pre-ordering. if you pre-ordered both then also subtract another -10.00 from your total bringing it down to a total of: -6.02, which could be applied to your total purchase so pick up something else.

also, if you forget any coupons toys r us will allow you to bring your receipt and the coupon and have the coupon applied after the fact which will most likely result in your getting cash back for the value of the coupon. this is news to me as of yesterday and have not tried it yet.

if you get lost reading the above then please, pm myself so i can try to explain it better and we do not clutter the thread with the same question over and over. if i get the same question repeatedly, i will add something to the op.

also, credit goes to opterasis for providing us with the upcs for both movies.

You guys are leaving out the $8 off coupon(s) from Upgrade2Blu (before Disney took the option for it down).

I'm not sure if there was one $8 coupon for EACH of the Toy Story movies, or if two copies of the same coupon can be used twice, but can you imagine?

I'm didn't get the $8 off coupon even though I have the correct Toy Story/Toy Story 2 DVD bundle (comes in a single white case), but I will still try to get all $30 off via the coupons I do have and have TRU and Target PAY ME to take them, LOL!

I'm really hoping Disney goes back to just making the upgrade coupons available for printing online like with the Movie Rewards account, instead of having to send in a physical form with the proof of purchase via the Upgrade2Blu site.

There was an $8 off coupon EACH for both TS1 & TS2 which I managed to get in time =)

So 2x $5, 2x $8, 2x $10 AND I have a $5 off $25 purchase for being a rewards member...here's to hoping I can also find one of the other titles I have a $8 off coupon for so I can get both TS for free and a significant discount on another title.

Already got Cars free cause , i had already got PATF from Disney Movie Club for $14 before I knew of the deal at TRU.

I mistyped. I meant to say I didn''t bother to use the $5 TS coupons since the TS blus weren't out yet.

He said that he used the TS1 and TS2 $5 coupons, one of which only took $2.xx off the total, and leaving him responsible for paying only taxes.

You correct in the follow-up. And I had missed he neglected to use the $5 PATF coupon on his transaction.

Toy Story ion the same purchase? Are the movies out yet

What about the $10 off for preordering?
BTW they have to manually enter the amount of the discount at the register today for the $15.
"no they dont, whoever you had did it wrong. i purchased a couple copies today as gifts and everything went smooth."

The first time I went, I gave them the $5 and $10 PATF coupons and the preorder would not scan and I didn't press the cashier since I thought some people just got lucky that they were accepting both offers. After reading some more posts, I went back and gave them the preorder card first, then another $10 coupon and everything worked fine. I didnt print another $5 coupon since my printer was running out of ink. I am fine with paying $8 for PATF and the 2 preorders.

The UPCs for the $5 off PaTF, TS1, and TS2 are all the same. Why the computer would let him use the same thing twice is another issue, but him using those coupons is believable.

Yes he did. But since he used a 10 & 5 P&TF coupon as well as the 15 off for pre-orders and the 5 off glitch, it all dropped down to 1.99 plus tax even after paying the 5 each on pre-orders. It's the same thing that happened with me.

You guys are missing the point. I have no obligation to pick up TS1 or TS2. I paid .99 OTD for princess and the frog as well as a free kissing frogs toy and if I was paying attention, another $2-$3 item.

I can end the deal now or try to get a deal on TS1 and TS2. Most likely they will not give anyone a deposit credit of $5 since you never actually "paid" $5 OOP.

Plus my method does not double stack coupons. I used 1 coupon per item and since I was charged $5 for TS1 and $5 for TS2, the $5 coupon for each applied.

Agree. Seems like an odd statement by the manager since this Disney coupon was advertised in the TRU ad (as well as previous Disney coupons)
