WE DO NOT HAVE PDFS OF THE COUPON PRINTING COUPONS, THE COUPONS ARE INDIVIDUALLY NUMBERED

Please keep trade and other off topic chatter to a minimum. It is healthy and unless it gets out of hand or really off topic or in a direction that is heading towards fraud or illegal actions, please do not worry.

The Disney Movie Rewards site has changed, the coupon printing is now associated with your account, printing 2 times per account is now the limit, as well as per computer. This was tested at the end of the Toy Story craze a few months back. If you have a girlfriend with an account or a brother or sister, see if you can have their extra coupons if you need them.

So here are the coupons:
they do take coupons after the fact, so i would say yes.
The $10.00 and $5.00 coupons did look the same, but I no longer have the $10.00 as the cashier ripped it up. So they have no reference to go by, and I could get away with using the $5.00 as well? That is basically the situation, right?
looked on line and tru has toy story for 21.99 how was there deal so much better than the other stores
uh, well, that's the price advertised in their ad Sunday and reported here prior to that ...
looked on line and tru has toy story for 21.99 how was there deal so much better than the other stores
Because with Toys R Us, if you followed all the great suggestions, you wound up with: Princess and the Frog BD, Toy Story BD, Toy Story 2 BD and a Princess and the Frog jewelry box for around $15 total.

Or you can still get Toy Story and Toy Story 2 on BD for $13.98.

If you're going to be using those two $10.00 Toy Story 1 and 2 manufacturer's coupons, they're not supposed to also take those $5.00 ones as well. Most stores have a policy of one manufacturer's coupon per item. They might still take it, but don't hold your breath. Even if you go to customer service and say you forgot to give those coupons all they'd have to do is look at the receipt and see two coupons were already applied and they may shoot you down.
which stores will have the TS3 movie ticket? Its not mentioned in BBs ad, just need to plan out my route..
From what I understand, the movie ticket is packaged with the movie itself, so there's no need to "shop around." Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
From what I understand, the movie ticket is packaged with the movie itself, so there's no need to "shop around." Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
From what I saw on disneyrewards, it is a code that you type into your disneyrewards account and you print out the certificate. I could be wrong, that's just what it looked like on the site.

You're not supposed to be able to. But the OP just doesn't have a problem with lying and committing fraud. If you read the fine print on the coupons, you'll see right on it that the store is only supposed to take one coupon per item. If you can find someone stupid enough to break the rules, I guess good for you. It just seems devious as hell.

Assuming I don't, or can't do it for Princess and the Frog, Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2.... this is what it would end up being:

Princess and the Frog:
34.99
-15.00 preordered both Toy Story 1 and 2
-5.00 Disney promo?
-10.00 coupon (Princess and the Frog)
TOTAL: 4.99 + tax

Toy Story 1 / Toy Story 2
21.99
21.99
-10.00 for buying both Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2
-10.00 coupon (Toy Story 1)
-10.00 coupon (Toy Story 2)
TOTAL: 13.98 + tax

If I can use the $5.00 coupons (I am going to hand all four together for tte Toy Stories, and MAYBE I will try to apply it to the Princess and the Frog purchase... not sure yet), it would be a rediculous deal. As it is now, it is just a great deal.

If the Princess and the Frog had the $5.00 off as well, it would look like this:

Princess and the Frog:
34.99
-15.00 preordered both Toy Story 1 and 2
-5.00 Disney promo?
-10.00 coupon (Princess and the Frog)
-5.00 coupon (Princess and the Frog)
TOTAL: -.01 + tax

If when buying Toy Story 1 and 2, they take off both -$5.00 coupons as well, it will look like this:

Toy Story 1 / Toy Story 2
21.99
21.99
-10.00 for buying both Toy Story 1 and Toy Story 2
-10.00 coupon (Toy Story 1)
-5.00 coupon (Toy Story 1)
-10.00 coupon (Toy Story 2)
-5.00 coupon (Toy Story 2)
TOTAL: 3.98 + tax

To top it off, there will be codes in both Toy Story 1 and 2 to see Toy Story 3 (this has to be done via disney rewards).

Anyone picked theirs up yet? I'm heading over at lunch, and not even trying the additional $5 coupons. If I can get them for $6.99 each I'll be plenty happy.
From what I understand, the movie ticket is packaged with the movie itself, so there's no need to "shop around." Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
When you enter the Dmr code online it gives you a banner to click on and that gives you a code for the ticket and a link to where you enter the code and print out your ticket on another site.
edit- both codes appear under the same banner if you enter ts1/ts2 under the same account.
Anyone picked theirs up yet? I'm heading over at lunch, and not even trying the additional $5 coupons. If I can get them for $6.99 each I'll be plenty happy.
Picked them up this morning as soon at Tru opened 9:30am, they had no extra's of the blu ray case sized version only enough for preorders. They only had extra's of the dvd size case blu ray combo. Although not that many there was maybe 40 on the floor and people were snapping them up fast. They wouldn't allow a second coupon to be used as there policy is one manufacturers coupon per item and if they had an in store Tru coupon you could combine with that but you can't use two manufacturers coupons on a single item so ymmv on anyone trying that.

So I can enter both codes on one account and get two seperate tickets?
Anyone picked theirs up yet? I'm heading over at lunch, and not even trying the additional $5 coupons. If I can get them for $6.99 each I'll be plenty happy.
I agree, but will attempt to hand them four coupons to purchase Toy Story 1 and 2. A $10, $5, $10, $5.

Oh, totally. I'm not trying to be preachy about it. People can do whatever they want. I just think they should have accurate information. But if you go for it, and get a cashier/CSR who knows what you're trying to do, man they're going to treat you like shit and look at you like you're a criminal, lol. Some people could care less though. So, to each their own.

Just bought TS & TS2 at target for $6.20. Price matched Toys R Us for 16.99. And then they did the automatic Target $10 off and then I used both manufacture $10 off coupons.

So $6.20 with tax!!! Awesome!!!

Sorry if I sound like a noob, but where are the $10 coupons for TS 1 and TS 2? Thanks in advance and again, I am sorry if this has been mentioned before, couldn't find anything in the thread about it.

It's a Disney Movie Rewards coupon for entering the UPC of your TS VHS or DVD. You need to have an account and then enter the code to get the coupon.

Here's the link: http://disney.eprize.net/movierewards/index.tbapp?page=gwp/toystory1and2

How did you do this and did you have any problems with it?
How did you do this and did you have any problems with it?
Dude, he mentions it right in his post how he did it. Probably showed the weekly ad from TRU and then used the $10 Disney Movie Rewards coupon. This might be YMMV of course but definitely worth a try.

unless you picked up princess adn the frog yesterday, you CAN NOT use the pre-order deal today. also you would only get the pre-order deal if you actually pre-ordered copies of toy story 1 and 2, which would make your totals on the princess and the frog go up but like i said, do not plan on this working today.

so just to reiterate, the princess and the frog pre-order combo deal SHOULD BE DEAD!! you can not pre-order a movie that has already come out.
really, this whole site is based around beating the system. maybe if i explained it as instead of using the 5 dollar off coupon you use your pre-order instead. would that be better?
This site is about finding great deals that most general consumers are not aware of. Once you cross over into cheating the system and scamming, most of the higher ups here would not condone it. I don't understand what you're saying with the new explanation. The issue was just using two manufacturer coupons on the same item (which is explicitly not allowed). Seriously though. I don't care what you do. I'm just calling a spade a spade. The coupon says what it says. Do what you want. :)
Is there any other way to get the coupons? I'm at work and can't install the coupon printer program.
That program sucks as it will not let you print the coupon in Black and White.

ok at target what happens is one is 22.99 second scans in at 12.99, in other words no package price thing prompted. both $10 coupons scan in fine. lucky to get the dude to try $5 ones, system rejected it as trying to double. paid 17.20 with tax..
That program sucks as it will not let you print the coupon in Black and White.
I print my coupons in black and white all the time. I just printed the TS & TS2 $10 coupons a couple days ago in black & white.
That program sucks as it will not let you print the coupon in Black and White.
Or your just stupid, set your printer's preference to black and white. Hint, It prints to what your printer's settings are on.

Unless of course I've gone completely color blind:wall:

I went over there after class and got both for 5.60. It's a go. Move out cheap asses

Both came with passes to T3 too. Dance Dance!

So I'm assuming there's no way around using the program? Each coupon is individual or something and can't be hosted or emailed?
So I'm assuming there's no way around using the program? Each coupon is individual or something and can't be hosted or emailed?
Correct.

My TRU had the bluray-packaged movies at the video game counter to keep them for preorders. Nice, but a little confusing with no sign.

$8.64 for 3 bluray movies is an awesome deal.

WRONG. Perhaps you have CAG confused with Fat Wallet or Slickdeals? This site is about working WITHIN THE SYSTEM to get the best deal possible. It kind of disgusts me to see people get...

$15 off another Disney Blu-ray (plus another $10 off if it's PatF)
$5 off through random automatic promo
Great sale price on TS 1 & 2 to begin with
$10 off for buying TS 1 & 2
$10 off via TS 1 manufacturer coupon
$10 off via TS 2 manufacturer coupon
Free ticket(s) to TS 3

...and then STILL want to try to game the system by sneaking in two more $5 coupons in direct violation of store policy and what is printed on the coupon. All of the above discounts aren't enough for you? Perhaps they should pay you to take these discs home? Jesus...

Agreed. I still remember that douche from last Black Friday who posted pictures of his BR haul from deliberately misleading retail employees.

Got my movies this morning (pre-ordered 3 sets) but had some minor problems. The cashier didnt know what to do with the coupons so he called the Asst Mgr. The Asst was shocked how low the prices are so she called the Manager. Took a few minutes. They tried several ways of scanning the price but it still comes out at $3.98 for both movies. The Manager gave up and said "Just give it to him." Was so happy until I found out that I got the DVD packaging version with the Blu ray. Dont want to go back, but I have to.:bomb:

Lol sounds like what happened to me with the price, the manager and some other lady stood there talking about through all my transactions and even asked me how to get the coupons for themselves which I was more than happy to share lol.

I tried to use the 2 $10 off coupons at Fry's, but they would not accept them. I didn't feel like asking for and debating with their manager:p

By the way, first TS rings up as $20.xx, then the second TS rings up at $9.xx

For the free movie ticket for TS3, do I pay the remainder if the prices are higher than $8.50? Tickets around here cost $10.50 for regular and $8.75 for matinee...

BEWARE TRU PRE-ORDERERS: the guy who rang me up this morning didn't know how to properly scan my pre-order card. I ended up getting out of there for $2.93 for both TS1 and TS2 using the two $10 and two $5 coupons. He didn't give me credit for the $5 each I'd already spent on the pre-orders.

Make sure they scan your stuff properly. I'm not gonna make a big deal out of $2.93, since I essentially got P&TF, TS1 and TS2 for $14. (perhaps this is not in the true spirit of CAG (wink) but I'm okay with the deal I got.)

not if you go get a coupon from their website and email it to me its no different than how everyone else is doing it.

I am looking for the $5 off coupon for the combo packs

Yup...that's how it works.

Went in to Target this morning picked up both and used the two $10 coupons with no problem. They only had 5 copies of Toy Story 1 left, (this was at 10am!) but they did have atleast 20 of Toy story 2. Anyway what a great deal this was, movies are pretty much free with the tickets for Toy Story 3.
