I've have bought a couple of Wal-Marts pre-owned games. Both looked very good and were complete.

I got this last summer used from the Hollywood Video 29.99 and under for 5$ sale. I honestly couldn't tell that anyone had touched it or ever played the game. The packaging was complete also. Hollywood has been running this sale every so often so that might be another option to consider.
