Blue Dualshock 3 controller deal ($40 or less), replacement "stubs" for analog sticks

I've got two Dualshock 3 controllers with ripped rubber on the analog sticks. I've done some searching but haven't found anywhere that would sell replacements. I've tried reattaching the rubber with glue and adhesive but it lasts for maybe a minute or two before they come right off. Does anyone know if there's a possible fix that works or where someone could find some replacement covers?

I've also got a DS3 that has a bad left analog stick and since I've wanted the blue model, I'm willing to just buy a new one to replace it. The deals that I've seen for $40 or less, online, seem to be imports and I don't want to risk getting a knock off or one that doesn't sync right. Amazon has it for $45 shipped. Any help?
