Well, I ordered Laurel and Hardy vol2 and seasons 1-3 of Reba, but all of them are OOS. Figures. Was thinking of ordering all 4 vols of Futurama, but vols 3 and 4 are OOS as well. I might take the plunge and just order 1 and 2, since they're both in.

This would be the case if one of the items you paid for (not one of the free sets) is still to come. They sent you the free one, as it is in stock, while the paid for one will be sent out later. So, so far you've received 2 of your free sets, and only 1 of the sets you paid for.

I kinda went overboard with this sale, particulary at dvdplanet with the $10 google coupon, but now i have a hold on my credit card account because of google, is that normal, I mean the hold is in addition to what they've charged for each order, does the hold last long because I wanted some more stuff, has this happened to anyone else or does my legendary bad luck streak live on.

Man I love DDD... I just ordered In Living Color Vols. 1-5, The Farrelly Brothers Collection (needed something else that same price as the ILC sets), The Bruce Lee and Die Hard Ultimate Collections, and Mobsters. I didn't even see the Pachino Collection, are the movies in it good?

Kinda wished I had read the entire thread before I palced my order, could have saved a little money, but ohh well, I'm already saving a lot!

Guess it's too late since the deal is dead, but DDD is the quickest company to restock their backordered items. I order x-files seasons 1 and 2. They were both backordered completely. Three days later they shipped. I was shocked.
