I've had bad experience with these guys. I ordered an item that took over a month to ship out and the guy I talked to refused to cancel the order or give me a refund. Could be an isolated indecent but who knows

I have had bad experiences too, I ordered a game that I presumed was instock, I waited 2 weeks then decided to ring them up, they hadn't actually had the game instock for months.
