No, this issue has not been addressed as my blu copy does this as well. However, it occurs no where near every 15 minutes.
It occurs about 3 or 4 times throughout the movie. (at least on my copy)
Also, as mentioned on this site, it only occurs if you are listening to the lossless DTS-MA soundtrack.
