After the EBGames/Gamestop price drop I decided to wait it out on Amazon.com for the free shipping/no tax. Looks like it dropped in price for any one else holding out:

Don't let the fact that these games are on the GBA fool you. Both Summon Night games are solid RPG's that would've been instant classics if released back in the SNES days. Pick both up before they're gone for good.

I'm a bigger fan of Shining Soul 2 for such things except for the inability to pause.
