BrightSpot w/ Gamefly question

Well i now have had gamefly for over 30 days since yesterday (8/19).. Brightspot says they have sent the 10$ to gamefly to credit my account (8/20/). Well my credit card was billed yesterday (8/19/) and the 10$ was sent today (8/20) when i go to gamefly and view my billing history i don't see it say anywhere that brightspot has credited my account. Am i expecting it too early? Am i looking in the wrong spot? or should i not expect to see anything until next billing date? bright spot is crediting my account on the 20th but im billed on the 19th and im yet to see any brightspot credit on the gamefly website under the my account options. If anyone is using bright spot please help me out, im not sure if something is wrong or if this is normal after the 30days.
 
im on my second month now and i've been billed for my second month, no credit though showing even though brightspot says they sent the money. So am i doing something wrong or will it not show until my 3rd month?

Stop looking at BS & GF and check your online cc statement.
 
just checked nothing showing a 10$ credit, i thought it would show something on the gamefly billing history though at least thats what i heard from other people. anyone know if this normal or should i remake brightspot account, i added gamefly as my provider about 1min before i actually signed up for gamefly. would that of caused it to mess up? i'd like to know if anyone using the 2 services has had the same experience for the 2nd month
 
The only problem with my brightspot account is the fact that they changed the amount per ad from .50 t0 .25/.30 and that they give me less ads. They paid my GF account off for 2 months in a row, now they have paid $5.35 and this month they paied $3.25. I never thought I would say this but: MORE ADS!
