Brown set to coach Knicks

While I agree that he's a good coach, I don't think he's God's gift to the NBA like many people make him out to be. The Pistons won the title last year because they acquired Rasheed Wallace, not because of Larry Brown. I think that Rick Carlisle could have taken that Pistons team all the way also.

Anyways, it will be interesting to see what he's able to do with the Knicks. Hopefully he'll be healthy enough to coach the entire season.
Damn. Stupid Knicks.
how can you say that they are stupid for taking a coach who can turn around losers? The Knicks are 50 million over the cap, and a lot of their players are natural losers. This team needs someone who will make them a team.

and while it may be a desperate move by Isiah, he inherited a mess and while he did not do a good job cleaning it up, he does know he needs to win and tried to do that the second he took the job

oooo I got an idea for a new CAG Bookie thread: The amount of games it will take before Marbury and Brown clash.

Stephon Marbury. Self proclaimed best point guard in the NBA. Riiigggggghhhhhht.

He's a point guard? When he averages 10 assists, he can talk

Well, it is a smart move for Isiah, but I don't like the Knicks.

Yea this is probably the only good thing IT has ever done for the knicks.

Also, noone likes the Knicks. They are the garbage can of the NBA.
