Brutal Legend 22.95 shipped (PS3/Xbox 360) @The Wiz

best buy has brutal legend for $40 and they have a gamer zone (free to join) deal in the second half of the month to get $20 off. so you can get it new for $20 or less if it drops, which i think it will.

Im curious about this. I did sign up for the gamer zone thing, how do you get the 20 bucks off? Is it a coupon that you have to print or something?
holy crap. I had no idea The Wiz was still around!
It's probably just the website and name owned by some third party which is in no way affiliated with the original store/company, since I swear The Wiz went out of business like Circuit City/CompUSA.

Both of those companies have had their brand names resurrected by other companies since their demise though.

Nice price, I have been looking to get this game but I just got Fallout 3. I have Heavy Rain preorder coming up so gonna have to wait longer for Jack Black.
There used to be a Wiz at a mall by my house, good times

Their site looks a lot like PC Richard's...and according to Wikipedia - P.C. Richard currently operates TheWiz.com, an online marketplace which uses the old Nobody Beats The Wiz logo.

No wonder I was thinking about Seinfeld when I saw the site.

I believe Tower Records has a webite too even though they went out of business, when did CompUSA go out of business?

Anyway, CompUSA went under for good in 2008.

me either. good to see NYC can support local stores

they were always good about over charging you a couple bucks, but you knew the game you wanted would be there because of it

I was about to make a joke to say, "Wow, what's next, finding out that Montgomery Ward has a website, too?" But then I looked it up, and they do.
