Bubble Bobble and Suikoden

I went to drop off my nephews over their mothers house to stay until tomorrow and i decided to stop by my local Movie Scene (rental store). I was searching the extensive PS1 games they had and i noticed they had Bubble Bobble and Suikoden, both have manual not sure the condition of the disc.
The store clerk told me to comeback tomorrow (manager will be in) because he is the only one that can approve the sale of items. If things go welll, i will get both for $10 each.

A rental store about 20 minutes north of here has tactics ogre, but when I was there it was midnight and I figured that there was no point in asking that late. I figured next time I'll ask if they'd sell it.
