There was another threat about this posted a few months ago... there's a few good sites on there. I considered buying from one of them but ended up getting mine from eBay.

If you're a Costco member, they sell bubble mailers on their website for an ok price.

Not sure if the #0 size can fit a full DVD/game case. I've only purchased the #2 size, and they are big enough to fit 3 full DVD cases.

Yeah, I use size zeros, and I get them from Costco/Sam's Club/BJ's whenever I need them. They perfectly fit regularly sized dvd/game cases. If I ever need to send anything bigger, I recycle some of the size ones and twos I get from others.

Bubble mailers are free if you receive lots of packages/mailings from other people. Just recycle and reuse. I don't buy much of these anymore.

I felt size 0 is too small for a dvd case.

I don't remember where I bought them, but I have been using the "Premium Quality Kraft-Air Bubble Mailers" for awhile now and they are of excellent quality. Their size 0 is perfect for a DVD or game.
