Bubble Mailers

I personally don't use bubble mailers, I buy a couple small rolls or one big roll of bubblewrap when it's on sale, and a 1.50 roll of Kraft paper, and I'm set for quite a while. Even counting tape, my per-item shipping cost is something like 20 cents, and I can wrap fragile things in more layers of bubblewrap if necessary.
Just an alternative.

Go to sam's club (or costco)

Buy these 3 things

1 Big roll of bubble wrap ($13 or so)

1 box of 9 x 12 envelopes ($8 or so)

A 6 pack of scotch packing tape ($15 or so)

$36

which gets you 150 packages (you probably have enough wrap for all 150 envelopes, if you use 1 sheet for each game)

Works out to about .24 cents a game on packaging.

This won't be necessary if you are only shipping games here and there, but if you have high quantities, it is a pretty cheap method.

If you have a relative who works in a big office, as my mother does, you can probably get bubble wrapped envelopes for free, since it will have a mail room.

I usually just get the 3 for $1 at Dollar General. If its something that may need more wrap, I just grab a little bit from whatever my mother has left over. Seeing as I've only done a few deals thru here, I only get them when the need arises...
