I already have an LCD, case, dvdrw/cdrw, mx518, saitek eclipse, many many HDD's (like 2.5 TB total)

What do you guys think of this rig? Will it be able to max crysis at 1920x1200?
also if you have any suggestions on better/cheaper components any input is appreciated.

I have an i7 setup, i like the Asus P6T Deluxe very much. Very stable system so far. As for the memory, you might want to spend $20 more for the 1600 instead, perhaps the Platinum version from OCZ as it offers slightly faster timing. I think the CPU is $230 at Microcenter.com ($199.99 was a one day sale on 4/1). If you dont have to pay tax at ZZF then i think its a decent deal too. Most of your parts look good so far.
