Building new PC. Feedback needed.

I am thinking of building a new computer and I need to know if the following parts are compatible and good. I will be using the computer for video encoding. I do not plan on playing games on it so please take that into consideration.

Please tell me if I will be needing anything else. If you know of better parts for equal or cheaper price then go ahead and recommend. The only requirement I have is that the case have lots of room and that the processor be fast. I already have the monitor, the OS, keyboard, mouse, 4 IDE/PATA Hard Drives + expansion card, SATA cable, and DVD Drive.
