^^^ no you don't need the pass to play multi on line --that only gives you 6 extra maps and a bonus gun or something

just literally checked on my xbox right now-since i bought my copy used from family video as well.
$20 is not bad if you feel that you like the game and online multi you can just buy the pass from the market place for $10=$30
if not you just saved the $10

just started playing the game yesterday and so far it was pretty fun-except the secondary character your ai partner can say some annoying stuff/or at least he felt annoying to me.

You don't need a online pass to play the multiplayer, anarchy mode. The pass is just giving you extra experience points to lvl up and bonus echo maps. I know this since I borrowed my friend's copy and been playing online in multiplayer just fine for a few days now

That's a hell of a deal on Gamersgate currently for Bulletstorm PC = $12.

Do you even own the game? The "pass" is essentially 6 echoes maps and a different colored leash, none of which you need since all of the echoes related achievements you can get on the primary 14 maps. So again, .

Will someone say again whether or not a pass is needed to play online? I didn't seem to catch it.

Anyway, I think I"ll wait until it's $20.
