gamefly has some good used deals every now and then. i got mine from them for about $20 used back in may. i've seen it go as low as $15 once. lowest since is about $18.

note: the used copies at gamefly are pretty reliable. most people have reported getting a hardly scratched up game with a case/manual in pretty good shape. other people haven't had as much luck. but i've heard gamefly is pretty good with replacing your copy if it's fudged.

I got it from Walmart.com a week ago when they had it in there 2 for $30 deal category thingy. They still have the deal up, but the games included in the deal change often and Burnout Paradise is currently no longer a part of the deal even though they still sell it online. I'd check back there from time to time.
