CAGiversary!
Saw this deal at GameStop last night - Buy 2 get 1 one free on all used games at GameStop B&M. You can also your GameStop Value Card for an extra 10% off. This was in Ypsilanti MI but previous experience has been that these deals are all the stores. I picked up Metroid Prime, Pikmin, and Super Bust-a-Move 2 for 30 bucks. I believe the sale ends at the end of the week.

This may be the perfect time to renew my discount card..I will have to see what they have in stock. Thanks!
guy I talked to said this is to run to the 24th
I hope the GS I go to will be running this until the 24th. I was told last week that it was Dec. 3rd.

Well I can confirm that B2G1 is ON in Carle Place, Long Island. Didn't have what I needed there but I'll try another local one tomorrow, since this seems to be nationwide.

yeah this is a good deal if you can find some new releases and you also have the gamestop card. It comes out to about $27 each for three new releases instead of $50 each for new ones.
Good time to pick up that used Steel Battalion set that's calling me :D
There's a used steel batallion?

I know you have probally heard this before but that chick in you sig is stunningly beautiful. Yeah, and I've read the post about the story. I wish I knew someone that drop dead goregous.
Time to go visit the cutie @ my local GS and see if they got this... :p Hopefully they got what I'm looking for.
There's a cutie at the GS near by, but she's a MARRIED cutie... the 20/20's picked up a wedding ring on her finger... damnit...
Good time to pick up that used Steel Battalion set that's calling me :D
Actually, wouldn't you have to buy three Steel Batallions for that to be a good deal?

and lol... I assumed the girl in your sig was a porn chick or something, and now I hear she's a friend of yours. Nice going!

My local Gamestop's used game selection is a joke and quality equally as bad. Today, we were visiting our new homesite. Afterwards we stopped by the mall which has a FYE store and a Gamestop. FYE had nothing going on, but then I remembered this post for the buy 2 get one free sale and reluctantly checked the Gamestop.

The first thing that caught my eye was a absolutely mint copy (jewel case and booklet) of Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo. I asked the see the game disk, expecting the usual abused orphan game. What was presented to me was absolutely perfect! At any event, I found the following at this awesome Gamestop, all mint, complete and perfect.

Halo 2 Collectors Edition $44.99
Disgaea: Hour of Darkness $35.99
Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo FREE

Gradius III and IV $19.99
ToeJam and Earl III $12.99
Sitting Ducks FREE

I've been looking for a deal on a copy of ToeJam and Earl III for a long time. Finally got it. My kids have been asking for Sitting Ducks, but I've never seen it or even heard of it before this afternoon. I'll post the opinions of this game after they've had a chance to check it out. They are currently saving the universe in Halo 2, lol.

Thanks for the post ezempel. I'm not a frequent shopper at Gamestop because I'm so damn picky about the quality of the used games I purchase. This new Gamestop near my new home is awesome, so I guess I'll be spending more loot there in the future.

Heh, you know you yourself want to play some Sitting Ducks, admit it...

I stupidly got a bunch of games on ebay which end up costing me more than going to gamestop....damn it....but here's what I SHOULD have bought from gamestop.

Chronicles of Riddick
Psi-Ops
Return of the King

$17.99 each so about $38.00 with tax which brings each individual game to about 13.00. Dang....

I went to this one GameStop at Clackamas Promenade (Clackamas, OR) a week or so after Black Friday to get a PS1 card. And I got the B2G1 applied on my two used guides and the used PS1 card! I think it's YMMV that you can include OTHER used items in the B2G1 sale.

I went to two Gamestops today and the B2G1 was only good on DVDs and PS1 games.

BUT, at the Gamestop by my school (Fullerton Ave, Chi-town), I found:

Devil Dice - $14.99
Silent Hill 1 - $12.99
Poy Poy - $11.99 (FREE!)
Rising Zan - $4.99

All complete with manuals and case!

WOO!

They also had Wild Arms 1 & 2 complete, Grandia 1 complete, and a few other decent RPGS but some were missing manuals. All were no more than $20 each if I remember correctly.

If this deal has ended in your area I wouldn't get too upset. I'm sure it will pop up again as the christmas approaches and probably as a post-christmas promotion.
