Buy.com DVD sale - Some as low as $5.99

Some decent stuff here. The King of Comedy for $6.99? That's an awesome deal. A great black comedy from DeNiro and Scorsese. Freakin' hilarious stuff. Good prices on those Marilyn Monroe discs.

Thanks, Derwood!

No, you got a problem with your legs. It's ether that, or you're just lazy.[/QUOTE]

Like to back that claim up? Last I've heard is that it could come out this year and that's according to the fine experts at The Digital Bits.

I also want confirmation on this. I heard about the possibility of it coming out from IGN DVD but this was a while back.

from IGN:

October 04, 2004 - The rumor mill sure got to work while yours truly was on vacation. First up was an item posted on The Digital Bits stating that 20th Century Fox and Mike Judge have finally passed the peace pipe and have begun work on a long-awaited Office Space: Special Edition DVD.

Office Space is one of the most requested titles among our slightly out-of-date What's Up With…? list. After both sides refused to back down, an agreement was reached, and the disc is tentatively due for release in early 2005.

Has anyone heard what "special features" will make the DVD?

It's a great movie just by itself. Extras would truly be icing.

Here's what I can assume could be new bonus material and/or new stuff for the potential SE release.... this is just speculation on my part as a few items would be very difficult to get rights to (or at least cheap enough to include).

- Anamoprhic 16:9 Widescreen. The current Region 1 release is non anamorphic, however Brazil Region 3 is. However when I did a comparison between the two I could tell right away the same source print was used (as the same occasional bits of dirt showed up at the same time on both).
- Audio commentary
- Making of
- Deleted scenes
- Outtakes
- The SNL animated skits of Milton and Lumberg
