I agree. I've been able to resist the urge to keep playing only because I know I never will be a top raider or player. not even close. But the game rewards you for being at the top or near the top via in-game items and actual leadership if you want it. This can be said with many games, but those that are just questing on their free time are really only doing just that. There's different ways to play games, but to stay at the top, you really do need to put in a lot of time. If you don't have the time, then you just WILL NOT be at the top of the players, simple as that. It's just the fact that, well a lot of people do want to be good, like Tekzor is saying.
I'm not saying don't blame the person for not having restraint, b/c well if it's taking over your life, then you should quit, but at the same time, this game isn't developed the same as many other games out there that you can pick up, play, "beat", and drop. or come back for short rounds later - although you can..
