buyer wants to pay with Paypal AND money order - legit?

I sold a Wii on eBay to a 0 fb buyer, and she has requested to send a partial payment through Paypal and then pay the balance with a money order. I know there are scams where the seller will request a partial payment through Paypal, but is there any reason for me to be concerned as a seller if the buyer makes such a request?

not sure ... it's a little odd.

The problem is you can be scammed either way ... through paypal and through a money order (could be a fake money order)

I say if you're 100% sure you have the funds in your possesion before you send what harm is there?

I'd say as long as you 100% have the money in your posession before you ship the system, whats the problem?
