buying DC universe online used?

Why do I see used copies online now, can you buy a used copy and play online?

I don't think you'd be able to buy a used copy to play online with since it needed an activation code for the disc to even work, but even if it did work there is no reason to buy it because you still have to go through with the gigantic download if you have the disc.

Just wanted to make sure you guys knew DCUO is now free to play. You can pay for "premium" access if you so choose however.

Yeah, you can just download it for free now, which is probably why you're seeing so many used copies.

Yep yep.. stay away from used copies now I don't even think they're offering any incentive to those who bought new copies... but it's Free to Play now.

It'd be nice to see stores start selling these for under a dollar just to get rid of them. It'd be a nice cheap way of getting new cases.
