Buying from goHastings through Amazon

Hello, I ordered a video game from goHastings through Amazon yesterday and I still haven't received a "confirmation email" from goHastings, I've bought 3 games in the past from them and it usually takes 2 hours at most for me to receive the email, has it ever taken longer than a day for you guys to get your confirmation email?
 
Amazon seller guidelines give sellers 3 days to ship your item before it's "late," if you chose regular shipping. Your best bet would be to contact the seller via Amazon if you don't receive confirmation in the next day or two.
 
I ordered Dead to Rights on August 6th.. STILL "shipping soon". I ordered Nier on the same day and received it three days ago. I've e-mailed twice to no response. What should my next move be?
 
My hurry is that I never got a confirmation email from Hastings and I always get one and their website says the game I want is out of stock when I search for it. I can't even cancel the order because it says "shipping soon "so they're just wasting my time
 
my girlfriend ordered me a game for christmas last year through gohastings on amazon. they sent the wrong item, she had a hard time getting a hold of them and they finally said that the game listed was not something they carried and she had to return the other item and get the game somewhere else.
