I saw they have Theme Hospital for purchase, but it would not let me purchase. Any ideas as to why?
 
You don't have the correct type of money on your account. Assuming you're in the United States, you need a way to put Euros (or GBP) on your PSN account. I have purchased prepaid Hong Kong and Japanese cards but I've never seen those cards for European stores. Your best bet might be to try emailing someone over at Playasia or NCSX and see if they are ever going to stock European PSN cards.
