Buzzing sound coming from Tv when Playing Dvd's on my PS2

Is there a way to fix this?

It seems like whenever I watch a dvd on my PS2 I have to turn the sound up on my TV a lot comparatively to when I play a PS2 game.

Yesterday I just watched a dvd and the buzzing was so bad I had to turn on the English subtitles just to understand what everyone was saying.
 
The buzzing is just what happens when you listen to something that's too loud for the speakers to handle. It's true that you do have to crank up the volume on the PS2 to make the DVD audible sometimes, so unless there's a way to change the volume the PS2 outputs at (which I don't think there is) or you can use a different TV/sound setup, you'll just have to live with it, unfortunately.
