LOL, I laughed so hard when qig said "Ahh, almost made it!", when I had parked myself near the finish line for almost 15 seconds... :lol:

Great games you guys... Next week might be my last Motorstorm PR night, since I'm really close to getting the platinum, and would like to focus on the other games on my backlog (UT3, SFIV, & Resistance 2 come to mind). ;)

LOL.. you sonofa.. I saw you parked there but I was hoping you wouldn't be able to accelerate fast enough. No mic tonight? I didn't mean to be late, but I got the bright idea to move my loveseat to my bedroom at about 8:30 by myself and it was stuck for a while until I wiggled myself through the doorway to grab the other side. The good news is my recliner will be delivered on Saturday so that means no more laying on the floor during Burnout mugshots ;)

Little upset I didn't get to punch someone, but after TMK inadvertantly took me out jumping a bridge, I somehow came back to get 2nd place (Which is really 1st since freaky doesn't count due to him almost always winning).

seriously though, i was up all last night working on the platinum trophy.... if i dont show up tonight, its because im sleeping! hopefully ill be able to make it. (and no, i havent got the platinum yet... 3 more trophies to go).
 
Good games everyone, though I really was sucking it the whole time. At least I fit in a couple good punches and drove some of you off the road along with me, haha. Hope to see y'all next week.

im here to report that i FINALLY got the platinum in this game. im just really posting to toot my own horn... my first platinum ever so im pretty happy. this game is too hard!!

thanks freaky... i am... although it took me a lot longer to get it then it took you! i wish u still had the game.... i would challenge you to beat my buggy time attack on caldera ridge... 37th on the leader board! just did that today!
 
The game night is still on for tomorrow. Although, I won't care if people show up or not. Just going to try to get another trophy regardless.

Awesome.. I was just catching myself wondering why I felt like I had to do something tonight and then remembering that Tuesday night CAG Motorstorm is going away made me a sad panda :whistle2:(
 
Are people interested in a MotorStorm: PR night tomorrow? I'm actually interested in playing, but the Bulls game starts at 7pm EST and runs until 9:30pm EST. I might try to flip back and forth occassionally (just to see the score) or just start at 9:30pm EST.

Just wanted to ask. I'm honestly not sure how long I can continue doing this (I will tell you all in the next game we play).

EDIT: We will NOT have a game night this week.

I can't make it tomorrow, so it's fine with me if there is no MS:pR.

That Bulls/Celtic series is pretty awesome. Cutting it damn close last game. Thank goodness for Gordon (though my brother claims him to be a bit of a ball-hog).
 
Not sure I can make it, my DSL is supposed to be turned on today, but I haven't received the self installation kit (modem) in the mail yet as of yesterday so I don't have internet at my new place just yet.
 
Patch 1.02 is out and added the little badge thingies which is pretty cool. No CAG night due to the patch release, but I decided to do some ranked matches anyway just because. Now.. it could have been that the POS dryers in my new apartment didn't do shit the first 60 minute run and I ended up paying $6 to dry two loads of clothes tonight, but NEVER, NEVER have I sworn so much at my PS3 as I did while playing ranked matches for 45 minutes tonight. Not even in all of my Tiger Woods playing did I curse so much.

I know in any given night, I'm hit or miss depending on the track, but I don't believe I am as horrible as I was playing tonight. But I guess what really set me over the edge was seeing people respawn without losing any speed and taking off in front of me when I saw them crash.. what gives? Everytime I crash it does the shit slow motion for 3 or seconds and then I start from a stop.

Alright guys, it's been a while since I put this game in and I am now downloading patch 1.03 which is 600mb so I should be in, in about 20 minutes. If you need to, add me to your friends list and I'll invite you once we're all up and running.. it's not organized by me but I'll get ya in.
