Yeah it's pretty much an image copy. You don't have to deactivate gameshare accounts, but you do have to reactivate them all. I know it's odd that you have to do that, since none of the accounts will be deactivated on your system, but it requires reactivation to use all of the content. I don't think there's any way around reactivating all of the accounts. It's a pretty simple process, as long as you don't have any phantom shares on your console and you know all of the email addresses/passwords there shouldn't be any hassle.
