If anyone is looking for a UC3 Online Pass, i have a unused code for 7 bucks paypal, its the actual code and not a account, so you can share it or do whatever you want with it. PM me if interested.
 
I can confirm the UC3 online pass is shareable. I think all online passes are. Luckily I redeemed mine pre-18th so I had 5 resale slots.

Same here man, thinking of taking the plunge myself. Wish this game had trophies. There's so much potential with this game, I can't believe they made the sequel for psp?
