Depends on how many groups there are already. Don't want to oversaturate the market with shares of Catherine.

What would the cost be for slots? Would the PS+ discount offset the cost of buying Plus for that particular group? I am potentially interested in this.

If his group's filled, I wouldn't be against forming another. Between you and me, we have both resells, all we'd need is 2 phantoms. Could you host?
