Canadian PSN store has no tax at all. You can just use a Canadian credit card on a Canadian account and pay no more than $59.99.

Well about the full game I don't know but they already said that you would be getting not a separate list of trophies which means that if you are already a playstation plus subscriber, you will get the single player campaign and won't get a platinum. unless you purchase the multiplayer and finish it.

It is different than killzone 3 multiplayer.

Also with this option of not enabling someone to play DRM I doubt it will be on it because the 2 games are split but we never know.

They don't charge tax in the Canadian store anymore.
