Anybody know how to correct this? It says I still have $342 before I reach my sending limit.

Did you reach your overall spending limit? Its $2,000 before they cut you off. Then you have to attach something like your bank account to regain access to your money. If you already have a bank account attached to your paypal then I've got no idea.

What's the typical protocol when a phantom doesn't respond? One of two confirmed install, but the other has vanished. How much time should I give him?

Do you know how big it is? Ni no Noni is gonna take up a lot of my space.

How long did it take everyone to download/install NNK? I was hoping to start the download in the morning and have it down when I get home from work.

8.8gbs and it took me 6 hours with 45 mps download.

Wait it out. Typical protocol is not to jump the gun and to download/install as soon as you can, but its a waiting game.
