edit - yes you can create a UK paypal and order. but you have to protect your main account.

1.) use a different IP & user account on your PC (restart the router to change IP).
2.) creating a different user account will have separate cookies for that account (paypal tracks you).

why do this? because if you receive a payment from a hacked credit card or you have a problem with paypal, both of your accounts will get linked!

better safe than having all of your accounts closed or 180 day payment hold! trust me I'm speaking from my personal experience. if you use paypal for selling purposes, this is a must!

I think they do that for xbox live points. after confirm the payment, code is there on order details page.

but the PS+ is different I think (random time-frame). last time I ordered, took more than a day.

I have a UK account with the Sleeping Dogs dlc Nightmare in Northpoint (around 200MB) and Year of the Snake (around 2GB). Total cost came to around $13.60. Any interest in phantoms or rentals let me know. (UK dlc should work with EU games and vice-versa as they are in the same region).

I also forgot to mention it has plus on it until April 5 and still has Sleeping dogs (around 7GB) on it.

Edit: Received my 1 year UK ps plus code (seller is out of stock now). I am thinking of either selling it for $32 or going 50/50 with someone on a share. I have a share that previously used a ps plus trial or two and has Arkham City, Vanquish, Little Big Planet 2, Bioshock 2, Mortal Kombat, Crysis 2, RE5 Gold, Bulletstorm, Infamous 2, Gotham City Impostors, Ratchet and Clank: A4O and if activated again within the next few weeks will also have Mass Effect 3 and DOA 5.

No idea on the release date or even if it will be released on PSN. 4/24/13 is the disc release date so hopefully it will be the same day.
