I'm not saying it was one thing or another, but this kind of thing will happen if you a) list your PSN name on an open forum such as this and then b) conduct a transaction over PSN without being 100% sure about who you are dealing with.

I purchased factor747's share so unless he has another one it's gone.

I don't know what you have against me but I'm new here and I'm not here to scam anyone, I just want to buy some resells and thats it. If you think I'm a scammer please PM me and I will give you my profile on another forum where i have 10-20 trades done and NONE have gone wrong.

not you personally man, we tend to be a bit wary of noobs, thats all, some are previously banned members with a new profile. Any ebay or forum rep should help you, we welcome all legit traders who dont ask too many questions lol

Okay no problem (I would also be worried if I was you but thats why I was hoping to make a trade with factor and get a postive feedback), I'm buying Max Payne 3 resell/phantom, La Noire resell/phantom and The last of us resell/phantom so if anyone is selling just messeage me if you want to do a trade and I will pay first ofcouse.

So far Xillia is really good. I only have 6 hours into it so far though.

 
If I see one more Dragons Crown game share I may have to bite. I wanted a Diablo 3 but I'm already locked in for Killer is Dead and Saints Row 4... Too many games -.-

Yanks did you ever get around to upgrading your hard drive yet?

Congrats to you sir for all that work. :applause: :applause: It is a ton of work to coordinate that many groups at one time. I had 4 Dragon's Crown Groups + Coordination of all the payments and setup of the Trophy Hunter's Tournament.

Not yet, had some unexpected drains on my finances in July and am still catching up for a bit. I probably will in a month or so though. Only buying resells until then ;)

Why, thank you good sir. Was definitely a hassle, especially in the beginning. Now I can just relax and finally play my games that I've been putting on hold for a day lol.

Also, anyone interested in getting the Xillia costume DLCs and such?

The one thing that skeeves me out about new people is seeing they have no posts on CAG, and yet they know all about our system here. But I don't think it's right to assume every new person is a scammer. Dumbasses like cinderella are easy to spot because they treat english as a second language and make claims like "i'll buy anything pm me" and they will almost always refuse to pay up front (and if they do, now you know their personal info - no getting a paypal acct without real bank information)

I've always said we shouldn't let newbies buy resells right off the bat, but that's just a policy I'm not in the authority to enforce.  Phantoms hold significantly less risk, as hosts should be changing the pass once phantoms are created anyway.

Just let new members pay first as a gift (so people can't chargeback) with their verified paypal and it should be good.

Edit: accidently erased my other message regarding 400 days. It's wrong to prevent new users from using the system because they don't have anyone to vouch for them. He paid for his resell fair and square, and I notified the other resell who I sold it to, so if it gets stolen we'll get another user on the banned list (and nobody, not even the old scammers, are going through all that trouble for a $1.50 share)

Pravado, even more risk involved with phantoms, a scammer could activate all 4 and if you call sony theyll just tell you wait 6 months

Could only activate 2 phantoms and the host can kick them out, unless they are super fast I guess. Also can you have the same account twice on one system?

What a difference indeed. I literally can't think of a single thing that will make me sound non-hypocritical lmao. But for real, if that dude scammed the other resell i'd just give him his dollar back. There's a huge difference between trusting someone with a dollar share and with a 20 dollar share

he could change the email, and only way to reset is call sony. By the time they restore acct all slots could be taken, hence full deposits sometimes.

doesnt work that way. Create an email with a password not associated with the PSN account you created and the phantom doesn't have direct access to its mail.

If user changes email or password you will receive email notice, where you would be able to report that the change was not by you. When I used to host I would advise Phantoms to begin downloading the game and to log out afterwords (when I don't know them), you can change the psn pass without necessarily deactivating them yet.

As for calling Sony, that only brings in more of a problem for the non-host, since you need to be able to go through some security loops in order for them to reset since the reset can be done online.

All in all its up to the host to be smart about how they handle the account, things can easily go wrong if the host doesn't take necessary precautions with new untrusted members.
