Off topic but did you get a chance to try some of the beef patties down in Jamaica? I had some from a restaurant called Tastee over in Kingston when I was younger. They're kind of amazing. Not sure if there's one in Mo. Bay though. A ginger beer and beef patty will make the taste buds dance! #TrueStories

I'm thinking the PS4 hardware will play a part. They could just make it so it constantly updates all users on a regular basis, regardless of who is signed in. In that case, the only way to phantom would be to not have your system ever connected to the net, which, as you can see, would kill the process in all but the rarest of cases.

If the password is changed it wouldn't be able to log in and update which might make a phantom possible.

This makes sense but there should still be the ability to "family" share right, I guess we'll have to wait and see... Maybe we will see a steam system where the main user has complete control but can dish out passes to let friends use their games or content. I dont think Sony with the ps4 wants to lose its title as "most accessible" console however.

Wait a minute, this is Sony we're talking about, lol. Changing the password would actually work.

Now, all that's left is the creating of the phantoms and whether that process (which isn't being mentioned openly) will remain unchanged.

 
Wait a minute... (This Post is about sharing on the PS4.. ) Couldn't you just set one system as the home system, buy the game/dlc, download it (obviously), sign out, send the account info to the other person who would then sign in, download the game on to their PS4 and play the game/use the dlc under their user? (You can have multiple users signed into PSN at once) This just occurred to me on my trip to the airport.. Lol


Edit: Person #1 could be a phantom and #2 be the resell.

I suggest going to the PS Store, starting a download so it activates, then you can cancel the download is you are low on HD space. This at least makes your PS3 active on the account, keeps the activation from being sniped. You can then delete the user however anything associated with that account will not work after the user is gone. To reactivate that content just recreate the user and activate like you did before.

Wonderfull news about the PS4 launch here in my country: Sony just announced the release price at R$4000. In dollars, around USD1670, or 4 times the launch price on US. So fuck ing absurd!

Well, i think that i'll keep GS on PS3 for a loooong time yet. =(

Looking for a TLOU US share. I have the EU version and I bought the US Season pass since my girlfriend and I are addicted to the multiplayer. What I didn't know was that the DLC was US only...

If someone wants to be really nice and trade their US version of TLOU with my EU version I'll love you forever and make it worth your while :3
