Thanks! You just saved me many hours. EA is already bugging me because of Fight Night Champion's Rival Gym trophies being broken. You'd think they'd look into it if they're going to repeatedly put the game up for sale.

Not a problem...really just trying to get a resell transaction and the game looked interesting, so no biggie. I just completed my first phantom transaction without a hitch - yay! :)

It seems so and on top of that they appear to have run out of stock. It kind of sucks that after a year of mediocre games in instant game collection we can't even get a good deal on the subscription itself.
